Answer:	I have the same problem. The clock worked fine for about 2 months. Then the display went off. Reconnect the power cord would light up the display. But it went off in 20 sec. It comes back when I touch it, but will go off again in 20 sec. Following the Common Trouble Shooting Q&A, double press the "Down" button does NOT fix the problem. Question:	How do you set the time? I tried hitting “clock” button and then the arrow buttons, nothing
Answer:	The way it works on my unit is that I need to press the clock symbol, (I believe it's the middle one), and hold it down for a few seconds until it enters the settings mode. When it enters the settings mode it first want to know if you would like a 12 or a 24 hour display, then it wants to know the hour and then the minutes. Each time you make a selection you need to hit the clock symbol again to advance to the next selection.

Answer:	The display does stay on, we havent had qny issues woth it turning off. There is a brightness adjustment but even the lowest level is still pretty bright.

Answer:	It's not "chalky" white, but is definitely white. I'd call it a creamy white. (Not ivory; not yellowish.) I do not see any hint of green in the white clock. Mine is next to a white ceramic lamp and the clock looks white.

Answer:	You don't need to reset it after a power outage. It is because the built-in battery keeps the memory for that.

Answer:	On the back of the clock there is a roll of four buttons across the top. The middle 2 buttons are the plus and minus time buttons. Also across the top is the slide switch for the dimmer; however, that has nothing to do with setting time and the time set buttons are all to the right Of the dimmer slide. The first button is time set And while holding it down use the next two buttons for plus or minus. The fourth button in the row is for the alarm and you don’t need it to set time.

Answer:	We purchased a 3rd one of these clocks for the living room bookshelf. Just checked and the digits are 1-11/16" (just about 1-3/4") high. This clock has one of the largest digits of all the alarm/desktop clocks I've searched for. Combined with a full dimming capability, makes this a fantastic clock, in my opinion. However, as I've previously noted: the alarm is virtually worthless for deep sleepers, or in my case, those wearing ear plugs. Being retired, if I need an alarm, I set my cell phone to wake me up. But, I love this clock.
