Answer:	The range on the Blueparrott B350 Bluetooth headset will depend on your environment AND the mobile device that you are using. To get long-range Bluetooth you will need to have a mobile phone/device that uses Class 1 Bluetooth protocol. If you do NOT have Class 1 Bluetooth you will get the shorter range which will vary 10ft -60ft. You may need to check the specs on your device. Secondly and just as important is the environment you are using the BlueParrott B350. If you have metal, concrete, glass, or other objects between the BlueParrott headset and your mobile phone you will get the shorter end of the range. All Bluetooth headsets work very similarly to like a mobile phone in terms of signal strength...the further your phone is from the carrier's tower AND the more objects obstruct the signal the more likely your call may drop or not come through at all. Bluetooth devices work in the same way and therefore the environment and your mobile device's line-of-sight to the BlueParrott Bluetooth headset will impact the range you get.

Answer:	Good Afternoon, Bill. While I have not used an NEC Model phone, the compatibility should be no issue because the line selection is not performed by the Plantronics device, but by the phone. When you answer an additional line on your phone, most plausibly, the audio uses the same port, that is, your handset port if your phone does not have an additional/separate port for a handset. Answer:	The cord from the phone to the base that your headset is attached to depends on how long of a phone cord you have. I have purchased two 6 ft phone cord and used them to give more areas that I can go to from the phone to the headset base. The only issues it that if you have multiple lines coming in you need to be close to the main phone system to access the phone lines as they ring in. Answer:	I have a few phones, including a professional office phone...and it worked with all of them. It's actually just a handset modifier...plugs into the handset area...and modified the signal from it. Didn't try that exact phone, but anything with a corded handset seems compatible...

Answer:	I dont know if its the "best" corded phone but I have mine hooked to a AT&T Dect 6.0. Its a corded phone and it can be expanded to 12 handsets so you still have your cordless phones for other reasons. It also has an answering machine on the corded set. I absolutely love this plantronics s12 headset. I have been using mine 40 hours a week for work for about 5 years and it still works perfectly and my customers have no problems hearing me and I have no problems hearing them. Hope this helps:)

Question:	How do these compare to beats' studio wireless line? do the offer the same/better sound quality
Answer:	Well, I owned Beats Studio Wireless and recently purchased this (Plantronics Backbeat PRO 2). There is a lot of difference in sound quality. Let's try to explain. If you are a Basshead you definitely have to choose BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS. The bass in these headphones is powerfull but this impacts the other range of sound (medium and high). I mean, if you use it to listen music like hip hop or something with a lot of bass, the Beats are fine. On the other hand if you need a balanced sound where you can hear the details of the music you should choose PLANTRONICS BACKBEAT PRO 2. Speaking of the other features: ANC beats is better (although no for me because I feel that I am submerged in a pool and the pressure isn't comfortable for me). The auto stop / play function does not exist in the beats studio, the OPEN LISTENING does not exist in beats studio, the CONTROL BUTTONS are more friendly in plantronics backbeat pro 2, BATTERY LAST beats studio 12 hours, Plantronics 24 Hour, COMFORT Plantronics is more comfortable) In fact it can rotate 90 degrees making it very comfortable when you put it on your neck, MULTIPOINT CONNECTION does not exist in Beats Studio Wireless. This feature allows you to connect two devices at the same time and switch between one and the other, in addition, if, for example, you are in your computer listening to music and a call come to your phone, the music is paused and you can answer the call, at the end of the call, you just need to play back to the music again.
