Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

The WH-1000XM4 can do everything that the Pulse 3D can do and has many additional features. The sound quality, microphones, noise cancelation, comfort, build quality, battery life, charging speed, and wireless pairing of the WH-1000XM4 are superior in every way compared to the Pulse 3D. The PS5's 3D audio will work with the XM4s. I have had the XM3 model for 2 years and I absolutely love them. They work great with my PS4. Because I was so happy with the XM3 I decided to upgrade to the XM4. I've owned Bose and Beats before but I've found them lacking in features. I can not recommend the WH-1000XM4 enough. I do not know where the microphone is (perhaps I could find it in the owners manual) but it absolutely has a microphone allowing you to take phone calls on this headset. I just received this headset two or three days ago and in that time I have participated in numerous calls both on telephone and FaceTime. In all calls I am an active participant.
Question:	Can you swim with these headphones in
Answer:	While swimming will not effect your headphones (within 1 meter of the surface), the Bluetooth signal cannot get below the water surface and you will lose connection to your device.

Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!
Question:	What is the range on these headphones
Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.
Question:	I am not a fan of headphones that seal your ear completely and make it sound like you are in a deft bubble. Do these headphones do that
Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Answer:	Please follow below steps to have a try: - Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off) - Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list - Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white - During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process) - Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid - Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T21' then select to pair - After pairing remove the earbuds from the charging case and place them in your ears to test the sound
