Question:	The last set I tried did not fit well at all. The part that goes over the ear was made for someone with very large ears. Will these fit normal ears
Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Question:	How do these fit, compared to the wired version with slightly different tips? Are they wedged into your ear canal, like most other in-ear designs
Answer:	I have an earlier Bose version, where the ear phone is mounted on a very sophisticated ear bud that seats perfectly in the antihelix of the pinna (outer ear), thereby gently resting in the ear canal itself. That is a MAJOR design advantage, not only in comfort, but also in safety, in that by avoiding pressure against the skin of the ear canal, the chance for discomfort / infection / inflammation is vastly reduced. There is nothing else like the old design on the market. I would only purchase the new model with the assurance that it faithfully incorporated the revolutionary advantages of the 4 older models I have purchased and given as gifts.
Question:	Just how water/sweat resistant are they in use
Answer:	I've had these 7 months and have LOVED them. But... I just ran a little over 2 hrs in constant light drizzle and they stopped working a little over halfway through. I thought they were dead... but ever hopeful I let them dry thoroughly then plugged them in to charge. About 15 min later I was able to turn them on and it talked to me as usual... "battery 40%, connected to..." I left them charging but when I came back to check on progress an hour or so later, all lights were out and I can't turn it on. Will see if Bose will replace. Bottom line: great in dry weather, very sketchy when damp or wet!

Question:	How to connect only the right (or left) earbud to your smart phone
Answer:	To be more simple use those earbuds,We Suggest that only right earbuds could use mono mode. In fact both earbuds could use mono mode, but it need some tricky skill to set it up. It need to ensure the one earbud in charging case.(which means this one earbud remain shut down) Then the other will enter mono mode as you turn it on. at this time the other earbud will act as a single independent bluetooth earbuds.

Question:	My right and left ear buds won't connect with each other, but I can connect to each individually on m phone. I've tried resetting them without success
Answer:	You could have a try of factory reset pairing: 1.Delete all paired Bluetooth devices in your cell phones. 2.Turn off your Bluetooth.(Put both earbuds into charging case.) 3.Double click the multi-function button immediately after remove both the headphones from charging case, then both headphones power on automatically. (If it is successful pairing, you will see that only the right earbuds blink white and blue. Question:	One of my headphones suddenly has a continual red light and the touch controls stopped working does anyone know how to fix this
Answer:	I just had the same thing happen. I put them both in the charging case, pressed both buttons on the headphones at the same time for a few seconds and allowed it to charge. An hour or so I checked on it, they worked but still low battery. Now after a few hours of charging they work fine.

Answer:	I'd say the bass pretty good esp if you're wearing the correct ear caps. They come with the medium caps on already. There's also Small & Large caps included. I'd say the bass is pretty deep (and again pretty good for the price of these headphones). I like how it sounds on most songs better with the Classical or Rock EQ setting.
Question:	How long do these earbuds usually take to charge? And do they have a charger case
Answer:	I could never get mine to appropriately charge when I still had the item so I can't speak confidently to the first question. However, they do come with a charging case.
