Q1: How to make both earbuds connected when one is disconnected and only another works?

Solution: Please put them in the charging case, press and hold both earbuds for 5 seconds to reset.Then both earbuds will connect your devide. Notice: Make sure the Bluetooth function in the device is turned off.



Q2: How long is the charging time of wireless charging and USB-C charging ? And the Playtime?

Answer: For USB-C charging, it takes 2 hr. to fully charge the earbuds and case. Support charging for 10 min and listening for 1 hr. For wireless charging, it takes 3 hr. to fully charge the case. Up to 25 hr. battery life in total after fully charged. (5 hr. for each earbud and 20 hr. for charging case) The charging case can fully charge the earbuds 4 times.

Question:	One of my headphones suddenly has a continual red light and the touch controls stopped working does anyone know how to fix this
Answer:	I just had the same thing happen. I put them both in the charging case, pressed both buttons on the headphones at the same time for a few seconds and allowed it to charge. An hour or so I checked on it, they worked but still low battery. Now after a few hours of charging they work fine.

Answer:	Usually, the laptop would have a Blue Tooth Driver, if your laptop does not have, you could open the Google first, and search "your computer brand +your computer model number+Blue Tooth Driver ". And then choose an Official website to download the Blue Tooth Driver. And then install it, and you could use it to pair with the headphones.
Question:	How do I reset the earbuds
Answer:	1.Make sure the earphones are turned off, and then long press the multi-function button of the left and right earphones for 15 seconds until the orange and white light of the earphones light up for 1 second and automatically turn off. 2.Restart the earphone. After 2 seconds, double click the multi-function button of the left and right earphones to connect the left and right earphones. 3.After the successful interconnection of the left and right earphones, the orange and white lights of the left earphone flicker alternately. Then the reset is finished.
Question:	How to set up and link to my phone
Answer:	Turn on the earbuds and the Bluetooth function on your device and search for “T12”. When it shows “connected” it means it is connected successfully. After connecting it for the first time the earbuds will automatically connect next time. If earbuds are out of range from your device you may have to redo this process.

Answer:	You can solve this problem by resetting the Bluetooth earbuds. The reset operation is as follows: 1.Long press and hold the multi-functional key of the earbuds and put them into the charging case to charge,then release multi-functional key; 2.Turn on your mobile phone bluetooth and delete all the bluetooth devices you have connected(including the earphones)，and attempt to reconnect to them.
