How to pair earbuds with you phone



For the first time:

These are designed very much like earplugs. To correctly wear them, begin by pulling on the top of the ear by reaching over your head with the opposite hand in order to open the ear canal. Slowly twist the earbud as you insert it and fit the headphones down onto your ear. Once inserted, you should be able to gently pull on the headphones and feel that it will not come out.

Fin Tips

Fin tips feature watertight fit without fitting so deeply into the ear canal. Fins fit the largest range of ear sizes and seal snugly against water. Fin earbud tips are good for water sports, such as surfing and water aerobics.

These are molded to fit the contour of your ear in order to prevent water from entering. Due to this difference in design, it is important to note that these will fit and feel different from the Tree earbuds. When attaching the earbuds onto the headphones and when inserting them into your ears, it is important to make sure that the Fins point straight up. This allows the earbuds to best conform to the contours of your ears creating the water-tight seal. As you insert the earbuds, be sure to smooth the fin so that it fits correctly into the ear cavity. Additionally, the use of a mirror can greatly aid in this process if it proves difficult to properly insert the headphones by touch alone.

Ergo Tips

Ergos smooth to the contours of the ear without going deeply into the ear canal. With less sound isolation, Ergo earbud tips are a great fit for biking and water-adjacent activities. Ergos provide a comfortable and ergonomic fit for many sports.

Similar to the Fins earbuds, the Ergos are designed to fit along the contours of your ear. In the same way, it is important the the fins of the Ergos point upward as well. Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!

Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Reset Steps(when the two earbuds can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device):

1)Delete the “T19” in the Bluetooth list and turn off the phone Bluetooth.

2)Make sure the earbuds are power off status, long press the two MFB for 10 seconds until orange lights are flashing for 1 second and power off automatically.

3)Long press the MFB for 3 seconds to power on the earbuds again, the two LED indicators will flash orange and white.

4)Turn on the Bluetooth on the phone and search “T19” to connect again.
