You connect it to the controller (PS4) (XBOX1), if your Dolby atmos has the regular AUX cable female end then I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to connect this and get sound. As far as the mic goes I’m not sure it would benefit you at all unless you plan on talking with people. If you’re just looking for a good head set to watch movies with I’d recommend something different since this doesn’t have the best sound quality compared to a sound system. Hope this helps.
