Take the earbuds out of the charging case for 1 min and then put back and reset it as the following steps: a) Press and hold the touch control on both sides for 10s, until the led light flashes white three times (Both sides) ; b) Take out the earbuds, the left earbud will flash blue and white alternately, and the right side will flash blue every 5 seconds which indicating that the reset is successful. Answer:	No, I have not lost connectivity. Beyond 25’ of line of sight, you probably will, but if the phone is in your pocket, you should be good.

Charging the Earbuds:

1. Put the earbuds into the charging case.

2. Cover the lid and charging will start automatically.

[Note]:

1. Please fully charge the earbuds when using them for the first time.

2. When battery is low, a ”Battery low” voice prompt will be heard (If you are wearing the earbuds).

3. Please charge it in time or the earbuds will turn off automatically around 10 minutes later. Charge the earbuds at least once every 3 months when not using for a long time.

The following tips may help you achieve a better calling experience:

1. Please make sure the microphone headband has been adjusted correctly and close to your mouth.

2. Update your soundcard and Bluetooth Driver to the latest version. (If you use the headphones on your laptop)

3. Make sure all other Bluetooth devices around have been turned off

4. If it is tested under a noisy environment, please try another quiet room to see if it will be better.

5. Please try to make calls directly from your phone without using any conference apps to see if the issue persists.



How to connect headset with your computer, please follow the below steps:

1. Long press the multifunction button of the headset to turn it on

2. Turn on the bluetooth of your computer

3. Add device and choose bluetooth audio device

4. Find "TaoTronics TT-BH041" and connect it

5. If the headset has no sound or the mic doesn't work, pls make sure that the default audio device is TT-BH041 of the Audio Options

6. If sound quality is unclear when using computer, this is probably because you are using the computer's own MIC instead of headphone's mic. Please check whether Hands-free mode is selected as the computer's input and output, which is under the sound setting.



Notice:

1. Overvoltage may damage battery so pls use 5V Charger Only.

2. Please fully charge before the headset not using for a long time.

3. Only allows computer which has Bluetooth function. But you can buy a USB dongle if you have no Bluetooth function.

4. Poor sound quality and bluetooth connection occur sometimes when hardware and Bluetooth Driver are not updated to the latest version (laptops with some bands ).

Question:	My neighbor yells a lot. Will these work to cancel out that sound without having to play music through them? I just want some quiet
Answer:	Generally, the headphones with noise cancelling function can reduce unwanted sounds by up to 25~30dB. But it can't completely eliminate the noise. They have been tested prior to shipping. We suggest using the noise cancelling function with music rather than only turn on the function, which could provide a better using experience.
Question:	Do you recommend it to use it to avoid noise while mowing the lawn
Answer:	Sure, but if you have ANC on while mowing, don't blast your music unnecessarily high since the ANC is doing most of the work already. Adding more noise to existing noise can damage your hearing.

Question:	I'm trying to buy headphones but i can't decide between the taotronics the soundsurge 90 or anker soundcore life q20 which do you recommend? thank yo
Answer:	I tested them both. For my ears I found the Anker SoundCore Q20 to have far superior sound. The lows reached lower without being boomy, the midrange was clear, and the highs were crisp without being harsh. I thought the TaoTronics were muddy and boomy in the bass and distant in the mids. However to some degree that is personal taste. I also found the Q20 to have better ear cups, though a bit small. The ANC circuit on the Q20 is also very good. If the Anker Q20 fit your ears I think you will like them more.
