The nozzle opening is very tiny. The smallest amount of wax or moisture can cause a drastic drop in sound level . First, replace the sleeves with new sleeves to see if that restores the full level .Then, please clean the nozzle to ensure it is not clogged. Over 90% of the earphones returned to Shure for service are not defective, but clogged. Some times, the wax is not visible to the eye, as it is either too small of an amount or is further up inside the earphone where it can not be seen. Even the smallest, non-visible amount can dramatically affect the output level . If you have the discontinued E4 or SCL4 model, replace the nozzle with a spare one supplied in the package. Simply unscrew the silver ring to replace the nozzle.If moisture gets in the nozzle due to cleaning or intense exercise, the earphone may cut out until it dries. Answer:	I frequently use these for phone calls. On this same product page, when you look at all the color options, you'll also notice that there is a version with a mic and one without. Obviously, the one with the mic will work fine for calls, but at least on an iPhone, the one without a mic can also work -- I can't say this with certainty, but I think when you plug in non-mic earbuds, the phone activates the same built-in mic it uses when you talk on speakerphone.

Answer:	I use my (hybrid road) bike daily with these on, cycling 10 to 17 miles per day. They work well for me, and stay on. You can change the rubber end to find the best ear fit. My wife keeps on borrowing mine. So I bought two more, one for her, and another as extra. These are very good earbuds for the price.

Question:	The last set I tried did not fit well at all. The part that goes over the ear was made for someone with very large ears. Will these fit normal ears
Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Pairing earphones shouldn't be difficult and we made the TB100's pairing process straightforward and effortless.

Simply take the earbuds out of the compact charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter discovery mode (both earbud's led will start blinking blue and red). Once in discovery mode, take your smartphone or tablet and identify "iLuv TB100" to connect with the earphones.

If your earbuds are already paired to your device, they will automatically reconnect whenever it's taken out of the charging case.

Hands-Free Call & Buttonless Controls

Desync Issue

TB100 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 15 seconds.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn't work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use.

Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. If no LED’s are lit, please confirm your USB adapter plugged in and the wall outlet is working.

Secure Fit Issue

Choose from one of the three ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds.

Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Please note: Do not put the earbuds into the charging case when wet.
