Answer:	Yes steel strings. If you find them difficult you can replace them with a lighter gague like .009 for the high "E" string. A classical or nylon string guitar (check out Andre Segovia) has a much wider neck and can be easier to play or learn on. But go for the sound in your head! Practice every day especially when you don't feel like it. It's a journey and I guarantee you will end up somewhere you didn't expect!

Answer:	I did not see any reference to a warrany in the description but if you get a defective anything out of the box Amazon will tell you how to return it and get a refund. If you care for any instrument properly it will not usually break or have problems. Just be careful don't bang it into a wall, don't let it get wet, keep it away from pets and you will be fine. And listen to John Mclaughilin "My Goals Beyond" to be inspired to really learn how to play. I'm over 60 and I'm still learning!
Question:	What's the difference between the regular item and the one with the universal cord? What is a universal cord
Answer:	The guitar comes with acoustic bronze steel strings installed and includes a replacement set of acoustic bronze steel strings. You could install steel light gage electric guitar strings for ease of playability ( for a beginner guitarist ), but your acoustic tone will suffer slightly. The guitar is of good quality construction and has an adjustable truss rod for neck straightness or neck relief. This guitar will easily handle steel strings and I highly recommend it.

Answer:	Depending on the model, you get the two earpieces and either a cord that connects them with a 1/8” jack—or you get a cable that connects the two ear buds with a Bluetooth pack on it. Either way, I have bought many pairs of these headphones. They are great value for the quality.

Question:	Are these reinforced with Kevlar like the normal cords
Answer:	From what I've experienced, they only stay red until fully charged in pod.
Question:	How's the sound quality on the microphone? is there another recommended mmcx cable with a better microphone
Answer:	I was having the same problem until I put them back in the case, left them there for 2-3 seconds. I take them out together and hold one in each hand about 2-3 inches apart and wait for the lights to change color a couple of times (see manual (it's a little confusing what it says in the manual so I just wait until it seems like the color changes have gone through their cycle)). They won't reset to stereo if you already have them in your ears and think that turning both off and back on will work. They may change to stereo after you put them in your ears but I have had better success at holding them near each other once out of the charging case and before putting them in my ears.
Question:	Any warranty on this item, i bought it in June and it is not working how do I have it replaced under warranty
Answer:	Okay, so the answer I’m about to give might sound a little strange. They way I find my lost earbuds is that I find a bass boosted/ ear r*ape video, crank it up to full volume, and just listen for the earbud. You’ll have to put the other earbud away to use this method

Answer:	Please try to restore to factory settings: Hold down the MFB button for about 6 seconds during charging, until both LED indicator flashes with blue light 3 times to restore the factory settings. First make sure that Bluetooth is off for all Bluetooth-enabled devices, then take earbuds out of the charing case at the same time, earbuds are on and pair with each other automatically, meanwhile, the blue light of the left earphone disappears, the right earphone red and blue lights flash alternately, now turn on the Bluetooth of your phone, clear previous "TWS880" connection records, search and connect again. If it is still not work well, clear record repairing "TWS880” again. please try more than a few times to succeed. Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	When you press the button on the inside of the case, it'll light up the 4 green lights on the outside. If all 4 is green then its fully charged.

Answer:	Sound is the best so far among the 3 wireless buds I owned. The base is great. It could use a bit more power on the high frequencies.
Question:	How do you contact the company regarding warranty because I can't seem to find their website
Answer:	I have not personally done this, but IPX7 rating is pretty specific (quoting from Wikipedia): Ingress of water in harmful quantity shall not be possible when the enclosure is immersed in water under defined conditions of pressure and time (up to 1 meter (3 ft 3 in) of submersion). So I would say if you're swimming laps or something that doesn't require you to exceed the 30 minutes per session and not going under more than 3' they should be good for repeated use. As far as survival, I'm not sure. Water can attenuate the signal, but it should be safe to try it out, within the restrictions above.

Question:	What is the difference between the 215-K and the 215-CL
Answer:	I have the cable and I used a voice recorder on my phone. The mic sucks, and Im.going to check out the BT $100 cable to see if the mic on there is better. Basically, mic makes you sound all 'tin' like, and it picks up the noise around you, makes it sound like your at a construction site.
Question:	I just recently lost one side of the earphones. I have the left side and the cord, is it possible for me to buy a replacement for the right side
Answer:	Yes. The warranty on these have a two year warranty. This cable pretty a good value since all cables have a significant chance for failure. You can get as many replacements in two years as you need! Their service is fast with little hassle. Visit the Shure website, select Support, select Service and Repair, select your region, download the form, mail your defective cable with a copy of your receipt and the form, and you will have a new cable as fast as two way standard shipping permits! I have done it many times over the last 10 years.
Question:	Can I use it for the gym? is it water/sweat resistant? will it stay in my ears during the workout
Answer:	Won’t work on my original PS4, my PS4 slim, or my PS4 pro. It doesn’t work on any of my 10 controllers either. Works fine on my iPhone and the clicking of the buttons are picked up by the PS4, but the mic won’t relay audio. I’ve tried switching the mic from “i” to “A” as well.

Answer:	I believe its for 2 years. I've gotten replacements twice in my 8 years with Shure. It's covered if it's through no fault of your own.

Answer:	K=black, CL=clear; otherwise identical.

Answer:	If it's covered by the warranty and you have the receipt, it can be replaced.Otherwise, you will have to pay for the replacement.But for the price... if it's >50% of the retail price, you may as well buy a newer set.When you send in the unit for repair, Shure will contact you. You can ask if you can just buy a newer set from them since the cost of the replacement won't be worth the cost.Shure may give you a discount on a newer model which may still be pricey but at least it's a discount.
Question:	If you use only one earphone and listen to music, do you get the full sound in mono in that ear, or do you only hear the right or left track
Answer:	They probably won't be a very good choice for wear while you're in the gym. As for moisture I can only tell you my experience. I wear them onstage and during a show I sweat buckets. I normally take them out between sets and dry them off but I have never had them stop working. I assume that sweat is OK but I won't guarantee it. They stay in my ears just fine but for a workout, I don't know. Maybe.

Answer:	You are correct. These are NOT active noise cancelling earbuds. Though I was really impressed by the memory foam tips' passive cancellation and WOW is it beautiful sound quality. Note:I've also tried my brother's airpods pro (that do have ANC) and it's pretty amazing but airpods sound quality doesn't have nearly the same depth and richness, so it's a trade up, (but I'm very picky about sound quality) just wanted to share.

Answer:	Previous answers that Comply 600 tips fit is correct, but it is a CHORE getting them to fit onto the earbud. They will eventually get on there, though. I bought the Comply variety pack, so to help with sizing: I think the original tips are about the same size as a Comply Small. A Comply Medium is a bit bigger than the OEM tip, and the foam will still collapse down to fit in your ear. The Comply Large looks...large.
