Answer:	is the fit of the bud of the Sonxtronic the same as the W08? I can't wear conventional earbuds and the old sonys fit great. Talk about capitalism run amok on these prices. What a dsigrace!

Answer:	Sony discontinued these, which caused a severe shortage of a popular design and sound. Simple supply and demand. Sellers are forced to pay super high prices and thus have to charge super high prices because they are so hard to find and so expensive. Sonxtronic xdr-8000 or xdr-8001 is a similar product that has more supply at this time.

Answer:	Unfortunately, it's not a "slim" jack. I had to remove my case to use the headphones. I ended up using a different case (Spigen) that didn't cover the area around the 3.5mm jack. I think the headphones look and sound great. However, the jack—which is larger than that on the default Apple buds—was the biggest complaint I had. That said, it may or may not be an issue for you, depending on the case you have.

Answer:	It is odd that the plug employed has the four divisions, just like the ones used with microphones. It is also odd that in the illustration, they show what appears to be a microphone, but it is the 'splitter', instead. Why would they use the more expensive plug if there is no microphone? Showing the 'splitter' and letting one believe it is a microphone is deceptive, IMHO.
