Answer:	I have pretty small ears, as in I have to use the smallest earbud tips with nearly EVERY headphone I've ever used. I CANNOT use the Apple headphones/buds as they kill my ears in about 20 minutes. I've been wearing my Samsung buds with the smallest tips, and the no wing rubber bits and I can go a whole work day 9+ hours in complete comfort. If I'm doing something more busy than my regular office job or moderate pace walk with my dog, I can switch to the smaller of the two ear wings and wear them for a couple of hours comfortably.
Question:	I have a work phone and a personal phone. I need both connected at the same time. Can these earbuds connect to multiple phones
Answer:	It says you can do two sources , multipoint. But you have to completely disconnect from one to go to the other unless it's another Samsung brand . I cannot connect to my HP laptop unless I disconnect from my Galaxy 8 .

Answer:	I know a trick to make them way louder. Go to your settings on the Samsung wearable app then change the tap functionality to Right tap: volume up, Left Tap: Volume down. That way you can increase the volume really high. The default max was i guess about 50%, now you can go up to 100%.
Question:	can I use only left or only right bud while the other charges in case
Answer:	Can the right ear work while the left ear charges? Or vice versa. I've had previous generic earbuds that the left ear works only if the right one is not charging. Once the right ear is put to charge the left ear won't work. Like they are synced and the right is the main.. with these Samsung buds, say my right bud is dead can I use the left will the right charges? Sorry for the long question.
