Answer:	I have pretty small ears, as in I have to use the smallest earbud tips with nearly EVERY headphone I've ever used. I CANNOT use the Apple headphones/buds as they kill my ears in about 20 minutes. I've been wearing my Samsung buds with the smallest tips, and the no wing rubber bits and I can go a whole work day 9+ hours in complete comfort. If I'm doing something more busy than my regular office job or moderate pace walk with my dog, I can switch to the smaller of the two ear wings and wear them for a couple of hours comfortably.
Question:	I have a work phone and a personal phone. I need both connected at the same time. Can these earbuds connect to multiple phones
Answer:	It says you can do two sources , multipoint. But you have to completely disconnect from one to go to the other unless it's another Samsung brand . I cannot connect to my HP laptop unless I disconnect from my Galaxy 8 .

Answer:	The only reason for the low ratings it’s because the app only works on Galaxy Buds+ (The new buds that came out on Feb 2020), not on Galaxy Buds (Previous year) and some people are mad because of that. As long you have the new Buds+ you are good to go!

Answer:	I have all 3 Galaxy Buds. IMO the Buds+ is the best of them all. Ambient sound to me is a absolute must. ANC is absolutely no better than the Buds + w/o ANC because of the fit. Galaxy Buds Pro I love but they are not comfortable after one hour. I can't keep them in my ears no matter what I do. Buds + have great sound, work independently, great ambient sound, by far the best battery. If the Galaxy Buds Pro had the same design and fit I would say Samsung hit a home run and be very hard to beat as a Premium earbud. However, for now Buds+ is the winner hands down for me.

Answer:	These are very heavy and pop out constantly making them worthless. This happens to both my husband and I. We've tried all buds, twisting it in your ears, etc. No wingtips is a huge design flaw.

Answer:	At first, I thought the noise cancelling aspect of these buds was flawed. Then I inserted them differently a I did get a better result. My gym has music blasting out of the speakers and it's hard to tell if i could better results in a quieter setting. And Samsung won't allow us to turn it up too high to protect our ears. If you press it as deep into the ear as you can, it does get a better result, and it stays in place better too. I still like them , but I really wanted to have music during my workout, so maybe I'm settling for what I have over what I wouldn't have. And I can still make it loud enough to hear the music.

Answer:	I did a little independent research and as long as you are using the phone both earbuds last paired to, you can use 1 ear bud. Answer:	After trying BOSE and Sony wireless, I really LOVE these Samsung buds! The style, functionality, battery life, charging case, and most importantly (for me) the fit are perfect. Still, every now and again the left bud's sound will drop off. It usually only lasts about a sec. Still it leaves me questioning... Also, every once in a while I'll experience a sound surge that emmets AWESOME clarity. I can't help but wonder, "Is this how the buds are supposed to sound all the time?" which would be a noticeable improvement. I've had the buds a little bit over a week. I am going to give it a few more days and I will probably return them and try brand new ones. If that doesn't help - I'm done. I'll move on to another pair which sucks. Question:	Can you control the volume from the earbuds
Answer:	yes one or both
Question:	Can the volume of each earbud be controlled separately, i.e if I want the volume of the left earbud to be higher than the right earbud
Answer:	They are official, but you get what you pay for. They are used and supposedly cleaned/refurbished. The pair I purchased were sent to me with ear wax on the buds and dirt in all the cracks. In addition the right ear bud did not work. They were promptly returned for a refund and I purchased a new pair from Galaxy.
Question:	Are they fake? Just seen some comments that they are. I ordered blue ones and i dont want to be bamboozled
Answer:	Refurbished does not always mean they had problems sometimes what happens is a customer will trade them in to get the new model and they still have to be cleaned and reset back to factory settings
Question:	Do these come with the charging box??? I just read that it says they don’t
Answer:	The batteries are included everything you need is included

Question:	Will it work with the samsung galaxy tab S
Answer:	Yes you can control the volume the buds but you first need to go into the gear app first and select volume on the controls and then you can control the volume on the right and left earbud.
Question:	will these work with S20FE
Answer:	Yes However it needs to be done though the galaxy app not on the earbuds themselves. Once you set it up you can either increase volume or decrease volume by touching the earbuds
Question:	Can i use with S20 plus
Answer:	I don't they are fake because samsung has come out with blue galaxy buds+. Plus I purchased the blue pair as well so it would match the back side of my galaxy note 10+ and the blues match perfectly. I look them us the sound is amazing and the bass 🔊 rocks my brain more than all of the other ear phones I have I wear these all day everyday. I love them well worth the money plus it came with a wireless charging pad.
Question:	I have bought two from different sellers. The first one costs 25, second is 12. But they all have static background noise and packed with plastic bag
Answer:	Yes, they come with the charging case. The only extra item you can get is the wireless charging pad. This will charge the buds by setting the case on the pad.
