Answer:	It works just fine with US chargers. The only ports on it are a USB and a Vita Proprietary port.

Answer:	Although it is made for the psvita, it can pretty much charge anything. So it should charge the paper go. I charge my Galaxy s6 edge with no problem, my Gf charges her iPhone and pretty much anything that is USB. I'm just not sure about big tablets.

Answer:	I would try other resource intense games and if they froze as well, it might be your system, if they won't, then I would try to run (may be you can borrow from somebody else) a different copy and see if that runs smoothly. That will pinpoint what you need to do next. If it is your system, I would recommend to take it to a repair or a game shop and see what they advise. Good luck.
