Answer:	We have a 2006 GX470 with cd charger in the glovebox. It works great. Just be careful with the little tabs when loading the cds in. it looks like the one in the picture. Not sure about 2004. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...
