The following tips may help you achieve a better calling experience:

1. Please make sure the microphone headband has been adjusted correctly and close to your mouth.

2. Update your soundcard and Bluetooth Driver to the latest version. (If you use the headphones on your laptop)

3. Make sure all other Bluetooth devices around have been turned off

4. If it is tested under a noisy environment, please try another quiet room to see if it will be better.

5. Please try to make calls directly from your phone without using any conference apps to see if the issue persists.



How to connect headset with your computer, please follow the below steps:

1. Long press the multifunction button of the headset to turn it on

2. Turn on the bluetooth of your computer

3. Add device and choose bluetooth audio device

4. Find "TaoTronics TT-BH041" and connect it

5. If the headset has no sound or the mic doesn't work, pls make sure that the default audio device is TT-BH041 of the Audio Options

6. If sound quality is unclear when using computer, this is probably because you are using the computer's own MIC instead of headphone's mic. Please check whether Hands-free mode is selected as the computer's input and output, which is under the sound setting.

Answer:	it's not noise cancelling devise. Even noise cancelling headphones don't cover all the noise. It just reduces a constant drumming sound or noise in an airplane.

Answer:	Hello, the metal headband is supposed to be worn on the backside of your head and shouldn't really come into direct content with your head, except for the bump that will rest up against the back of your head. There shouldn't be any reason to bend the headset.

Answer:	Hello, communication within the vehicle is voice activated. If you're wanting to communicate with another vehicle via additional two-way radio, you will need to push the push-to-talk button.
Question:	Can this microphone be worn on right or left ear
Answer:	Yes they do. It's a behind the head headset so the fabric strap goes over the top of your head and the metal band goes behind your head. This is preferred in off road racing as it helps keep the headset on your head and doesn't slide off as easily.

Answer:	I have experienced similar problems occasionally, not every time.

Answer:	I have the same issue, and I've been unable to get help from customer support because they want the order number and I received it as a gift from my gift registry. The manual which comes with it is minimal.

Answer:	From what I've researched--this newer version allows hearing of music/videos/other audio sources. It seems to have better talk time and comfort, less wind noise, and stays connected longer (I think before going to "sleep" or needing to be re-paired). Answer:	Mine boils energetically at 210, releasing heat rapidly in the boiled-off steam, keepjng it from getting to the sea-level boiling point of 212, which is normal. Its probably your altitude. At an altitude higher than sea level, boiling happens at a lower temperature. Up in mountains water boils and stops getting hotter at 202 degrees or even lower.

During that time, when the kettle is picked off the base, the 2-hour countdown timer remains active if the kettle is returned back to base within 10 min.; after that you'd have to set the Hold function again.
