Answer:	Go to the Comply website and you will find a chart that tells exactly which foam tips fit which headset ear buds. I've had both LG and Phiaton headsets and while both provided great sound, the Comply foam tips takes it to a whole new level. You will probably get the foam tips faster and cheaper, if you order them from Amazon, instead of Comply.

Answer:	Mine has no mute button, but I have not tried the suggested 2 quick taps of the hang up button to put on mute. Haven't needed it so haven't tried it. Answer:	The unit failed after being "soaked" in sweat on a really humid day in July. I typically ware the unit around my neck like a necklace when not in use and on that day sweat was dripping off of the unit. It quit working. I cleaned the unit with a damp cloth and let it sit over night then charged it. It powered up but would not transmit\receive so I let it sit for a couple of days then tried to power it up again. It would not power up so I ordered a replacement. That was several weeks ago.... last week I tried turning it on prior to trashing it and guess what...It powered up and works fine so I put it back into service. Go figure!

Answer:	Despite them being white, they are very easy to keep clean and do remain clean despite hair, sweat, ear etc. However, as an African American female who loves to wear makeup, I have stained them before with a Brownish tint. I simply used a clorox wipe to clean them and they were gleaming white again. When I know I'm going to wear makeup, I just don't put them on. I've actually sacrificed and put makeup on less just to be able to wear the headsets. They are so convenient and provide great sound quality whether on the phone or listening to music

I may not have to charge it till the third night.. there have been times when it has said 'battery low' while I'm watching a movie and I plug it into any available micro usb cable I can get my hands on, go make me some tea for 15-20 minutes and come back and it charges enough to last another hour or so. I'm wondering what the battery life is though.. I purchased this in Dec '13 from Amazon so it's too early to notice loss in charge holding capacity. Buy it! (All my devices (desktop, my iPhone 4s and my Galaxy S5) that it connects to have Bluetooth 4.0 if you care to know).

Answer:	Actually I thought they sounded much better than my cheap earbuds. I am not into huge amounts of bass though so maybe I wasn't trying to go as loud as you did. For me, they work great and I can hear the phone conversations much better in the car than I could with my old over-the-ear blue tooth.

Answer:	Bought my HBS-730 on Amazon, May 21st 2014, and have had zero problems with it. Bass is good on mine for music at mid volume where I listen at, but even if it weren't I'd still be satisfied as I primarily bought them due to their supposed good voice quality and mine have been great in that respect. I have had 4 previous headsets (other manufacturers) that just don't cut it for phone conversations, especially in somewhat noisy areas, but these have been great for that. Over 2 years old now, no problems, and I almost never go anywhere without them so they have gotten high usage. Was looking for another pair for my spouse when I came upon the 760. Sounds like I might get another 730 though if too many people having problems with the 760.

Question:	HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE BATTERY LAST
Answer:	Good answers here but the specifications state: Talk Time up to 15Hrs, Music Play Time up to 10Hrs, and standby time up to 500Hrs. Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S 1 works flawlessly. I have a usb bluetooth adapter for watching movies on my Asus EEE 900HA netbook and that works good too.
Question:	is this worth buying for listening to music in the gym? I am trying to get the most for my money as far as sound quality goes
Answer:	I wanted to give a bit more detail here, since I use them in the gym frequently and need music to workout (I changed gym locations b/c the old building blocked cell phone reception. My previous bluetooth was a Motorola Sliver, and I got these through my job (I was using whatever earbuds I could find). I'm not an audiophile, but start to lose interest when music gets tinny.As far as the gym goes, it depends on your workout. I bought these while training for a half marathon. I instantly LOVED THEM, but they bounce when you run. For long distance running that can feel like a nuisance (I stopped using them during distance training). I finally got back in the gym and to a treadmill and gave them another try. My runs are under 30mins now and I know about the bounce. The benefits of being wireless and stereo outweigh the minor annoyance.As for sound quality, I listen to uptempo hiphop with LOTS of bass when I work out. "Drop It Low" by Esther Dean is usually my go to song to test equipment. The Tone+ delivers great sound quality for me and gives a good estimation of bass without distortion. I frequently have to turn them down a bit when a song changes.Another thing that makes them great for the gym is actually the wires attached to the earbuds. If you're having a social moment you can take the buds out of your ears with no effort and go back to 1 or 2 quickly. Great bang for your buck, but I'm not sure if there are better BTs out there for sound quality and price point.
Question:	Any runners try these? I'm interested in giving these a chance, but I am concerned about how much the unit might bounce around the neck. TIA, LP
Answer:	Bouncing is my only complaint. I've had the 700's for almost 2 years, recently switched to the 730's. Both models are apparently weightless until you start doing something like the ellipticycle, where I notice the bouncing. They don't bruise my collarbones or make them tender, but it's distracting. Earbuds stay in well through all the motion. Reclining leg press does cause them to start slipping off my neck; same issue when I lie on the carpet playing with the animals. If I were going to do roadwork, I would tuck the ends under a neckline.One additional negative issue with the 730's. The wire coating is stiffer and didn't hold up as well as the 700s to all the flexing. Coating split at the area of tightest curvature, allowing wire to fold & then crack on one side. So it's not a stereo device anymore. Minor issue since I'm using it more as a phone device than a music device these days, but still enough to prompt me to shop for a replacement.
Question:	can i connect multiple devices
Answer:	Yes. I have mine connected to my Android phone, and my Win 10 laptop. It will prioritize phone calls, then switch back when the call is terminated. They guy who said it won't connect to a Windows device is incorrect. I did have a problem with it connecting to my laptop at some point, but it was an issue with the bluetooth on the laptop, not with the LG headset. I have no problems now, following fixing that issue and multiple OS updates since then.
