Answer:	Well since I don't have a "decibel" reader, I can't answer that. But what I can say is these are really great to headphones, and inexpensive! I've purchased 4 pairs of these over the years. Not because they broke, but because my kids were careless with them. I am very pleased with the product!

Answer:	Hey Heidi, I've been using this for a long time. I read on the insert you can easily dilute this product with water to weaken it. Diluting it to 1/2 strength you'll need a larger bottle perhaps, but it's doable. Just use good common sense and basic arithmetic, and you'll be fine.
