Answer:	I wouldn’t say they are big. My head is average but I felt like I have to max out (or close to it) the adjustment to fit. They slide up and down on the earphones and also have 2 ‘bands’ to make the headset fit tighter or looser.

They look and feel pretty durable but I would NOT recommend them for gym use - the soft, plush rubber on the ears and sweat will just not work well together ;)I got them to listen to good quality music and for noise cancellation for whenever I fly.If you're looking to sweat it out in the gym, I highly recommend Avantree's wireless sport headphones - they were phenomenal for the year and a half that they lasted, and they cost about $25.

Answer:	Get the Cloudfoam tips for an extra $10. These make for excellent fit and make the sound great. Also, don’t just push the earbuds in. Push in and then twist towards the back/inside of your ear. And use the optional little rubber lining that come with the earbuds. Then, you’ll have a more secure fit. Now that said, I’ve only used these while sitting at my desk and walking, but they feel like they’re not going anywhere.
Question:	Do the earbuds have latency while watching videos
Answer:	For listening to just music, the sound is fine. But watching videos with the latency of like (I'm guessing here) .25 seconds, it get's noticeable and annoying to watch. On some videos, there's just a slight delay of someone's mouth moving and sound catching up with it. On other videos, the mouth has already finished a word and starting the next word and the sound is just playing the first word. I bought this to listen to music and watch videos but I guess I'll just be using it for music since it's cheap.

Answer:	To expand on the previous reply, the answer is "yes, but." The right earbud is the bud that receives the Bluetooth signal from your source. It then retransmits the signal to the left bud. So, if you want to use only the right bud and keep the left bud in its charging case, that will work fine as long as you stay within Bluetooth range of your source. But if you want to use only the left bud, you have to keep the right bud out of the case, turned on and within range of both your source and the left bud. If you put the right bud in its case, it will automagically turn off, cutting off the signal to the left bud.

Question:	Do these come with the clip? I’ve ordered them twice and neither have come with the clip
Answer:	I've owned a couple of pairs of these. Great little earbuds for the price and I'm rough on them, using them for workouts, yard work, even in the sauna (probably not a good idea). Eventually they give out, but at this price I don't mind. The last pair I ordered from Amazon had the clip and I consider it essential, that way you can pull them out of your ears and they hang safely on your shoulders. Without the clip they're constantly sliding onto the ground or floor. Sadly, I recently bought a pair at Best Buy, opened it at home and there was no clip. Took it back to exchange it, and none of the other boxes they had in stock included the clip. So I don't trust that the clip is included any more, and will probably move on to another set of buds.

Answer:	Usually flashing means they are ready to pair. Hold the power button down until the light goes off, then try plugging them back into the charger. Mine do not flash while charging. If that doesn't work they may be defective.

I think it's because they're expecting to connect to a call, and when they don't, they shut off to preserve power.

It works great as a “workout headphone” but as soon as a I answer a call, it drops the connection so that i have to answer on the phone or MANUALLY select jlabs as the phone output. After the call, I get static or the Bluetooth connection fades in and out until I place them in the case for a few minutes and then reconnect to phone.
