Question:	Do these come with the clip? I’ve ordered them twice and neither have come with the clip
Answer:	I've owned a couple of pairs of these. Great little earbuds for the price and I'm rough on them, using them for workouts, yard work, even in the sauna (probably not a good idea). Eventually they give out, but at this price I don't mind. The last pair I ordered from Amazon had the clip and I consider it essential, that way you can pull them out of your ears and they hang safely on your shoulders. Without the clip they're constantly sliding onto the ground or floor. Sadly, I recently bought a pair at Best Buy, opened it at home and there was no clip. Took it back to exchange it, and none of the other boxes they had in stock included the clip. So I don't trust that the clip is included any more, and will probably move on to another set of buds.

Answer:	Usually flashing means they are ready to pair. Hold the power button down until the light goes off, then try plugging them back into the charger. Mine do not flash while charging. If that doesn't work they may be defective.

Answer:	Yes. I’ve experienced this issue. It works great as a “workout headphone” but as soon as a I answer a call, it drops the connection so that i have to answer on the phone or MANUALLY select jlabs as the phone output. After the call, I get static or the Bluetooth connection fades in and out until I place them in the case for a few minutes and then reconnect to phone.

Answer:	If you can, try it on first with your glasses, because the earpieces and the glasses hang on the ear in the same place.

Second number is for droplets of fluid, the highest rank is 9. Answer:	Great question, I had to actually test that out because my initial response would have been yes because my Plantronics Voyager 5200 Bluetooth headset has spoiled me. However, the Air Executive earbuds can't be connected to multiple devices at the same time. After pairing and connecting to two different devices, the first device showed a "call and media audio profiles" but the second show just an "audio profile." Only call and media audio played from the first device the earbuds connected to. The earbuds wouldn't receive any call or media audio from the second device. Amazon won't let me post a review because I didn't buy it from them. I actually bought it directly from Jlab.

Answer:	According to their video on jlabgo, "It is crucial that you use a use 5.0 volt 1A adaptor". This is a standard Apple charger. The device doesn't have the ability to regulate power (like an Apple product does) so my android chargers caused charging problems. I realized this when I was troubleshooting why I had about a 1 hour battery life. I'm currently charging to see if I fried the battery.

Answer:	I wouldn’t. My wife cooks a pair every few months from sweat. Her hair seems to cause the problem. My short hair allows them to stay drier and I’ve never damaged a set. That said I think submersion would be bad. Company has an awesome return policy though.

Unfortunately, the neckband-style ones I've found that have noise-canceling mics are $150+. You may have better luck searching for an over-the-ear headphone style with a noise-canceling mic. I see truck drivers with those a lot.
