How to connect?

Complaint: These earphones have no BASS! I should have bought anything else.

Answer: 1.A proper seal is important to get good based from IEMs. Somebody were able to get a good seal with the rubber tips. If want to get more better isolation and bass response, you can try the foam tips on earbuds. (5mm Comply foam tips). 2.If you want more better sound, you can always tweak that on your soundboard EQ.

Complain: These headphones won't stay in my ears.

Answer: Part of the cord is the "hold shape" type cord for a reason. if you have it "hanging" down from your ears you are wearing the earphones incorrectly. You probably need to swap the L and R cables... now get the cable so it exits the earphone "upwards" towards the top front of your ears. the "hold shape" cord will then wrap around the top of your ears. This is a very "stable" shape. and will hold even during rigorous activities.

Complain: Detaches from earbud.

Answer:	You could check out the battery LED indicator on the top side of the JBL Clip 4.

Answer:	We recommend to use our devices in temperature between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius (41 to 113 F), as any temperature lower or higher than that can affect the battery performance. Never charge if temperature is at freezing point or lower (0 degrees Celsius, 32 F), since this will almost certainly damage the battery.
Question:	Can you take calls with these? If yes, what do they sound like for the caller and listener
Answer:	5 watts. I also own the JBL go3, which has 4.2 watts. And the Clip 4 has more bass and gets louder than the go 3. Especially when I use the equalizer, it sounds amazing! I especially love the long battery life! Very very happy with the clip 4!

Question:	Does it come with different size earpads
Answer:	I saw the same picture you were looking at a couple weeks ago. It seems they took that picture down but it did show there was a Bluetooth adapter cable that converted these into Bluetooth. There was also a specialized cable next to it and in the description it stated the specialized cable was sold separately. Which made me assume the Bluetooth cable was included. That was the whole reason I bought these.

Answer:	You get a left and right in ear monitor in a custom fit labled insert so you will never get them crossed up in the box, a long braided cable, and an assortment of inserts to fit a wide range of ear sizes. I have been using a set of these for a couple of years now in our Worship band, and they are an excellent value, delivering a full sound while blocking out outside noise. Four stars from me!

Answer:	The audio controls are undesirable anyway! On every pair of headphones I have seen, the audio controls (which often include a mic) are the most fragile part of the headphones - one of the frustrating things about shopping for headphones is that when you try to spend more to get higher sound quality and better build quality (hence durability), they come with the audio controls, which outweigh any durability benefit...
Question:	I just bought these for conference calls (from home now) and can't find a microphone on them. What am I missing
Answer:	I made the same exact mistake. It was not clear that ANY other color except black does NOT have a microphone. I got green without realizing it doesn't have a mic!
