Answer:	I don’t think they do.. I think what happens is the reception goes in and out when the battery is low. I love mine, battery last at least 3 weeks but I normally use mine for about an hour or so.

Answer:	I am not surprised you are having problems. I had numerous issues with this headset. One side completely stopped working on the first set purchased.
