Answer:	In my experience it works for listening to music or podcasts, but NOT for the phone. I have yet to find a way to use my BOSE headset on my Iphone 8. Had I realize the lack of a headphone/speaker jack I would not have bought this phone. I have purchased 3 adapters and 2 additional sets of headphones. NONE work with the phone.

Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.

Desync Issue

TB100 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. The simplest way to restore connection is to put the earbuds back into the case and take them out after 15 seconds.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. If this doesn't work, you may need to restart your mobile device.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds then remove them; both earbuds will automatically power on for use.

Please make sure the case and earphones are charged. To confirm the case’s battery strength, plug in your USB charger and four LED’s will indicate the charging case is fully charged. If no LED’s are lit, please confirm your USB adapter plugged in and the wall outlet is working.

Secure Fit Issue

Choose from one of the three ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

Question:	I received mine yesterday but there is no sound in the left one. The right one works fine. Is there a defect and if so what do I do
Answer:	Does the left one blink blue and red? Or just red? I have found the ear buds have to be freshly charged right before use. Another thing to check is if you pushed on the ear bud to get it in your ear, you may have turned the audio off with the touch sensitive face. That happens when I try to adjust it in my ear. I sometimes have to touch it again to turn the sound back on.

Answer:	The headphones are plug in only and do not work as a wireless device themselves, so the Bluetooth feature will not work for them and have to be plugged in to operate. I have an iPad synced to my iPhone and when I’m using my headphones on either device, it doesn’t make any issues for the other device to use.

Answer:	Yes it does work with an iPhone 6. However my phone has to be with 12 inches of the headphones. I either have to wear the phone very high on my arm in a band or I have to hold my phone about chest level. If I drop my arm to my side the signal cuts out.
