Answer:	You are correct. These are NOT active noise cancelling earbuds. Though I was really impressed by the memory foam tips' passive cancellation and WOW is it beautiful sound quality. Note:I've also tried my brother's airpods pro (that do have ANC) and it's pretty amazing but airpods sound quality doesn't have nearly the same depth and richness, so it's a trade up, (but I'm very picky about sound quality) just wanted to share.

Answer:	Previous answers that Comply 600 tips fit is correct, but it is a CHORE getting them to fit onto the earbud. They will eventually get on there, though. I bought the Comply variety pack, so to help with sizing: I think the original tips are about the same size as a Comply Small. A Comply Medium is a bit bigger than the OEM tip, and the foam will still collapse down to fit in your ear. The Comply Large looks...large.

Answer:	They should not interfere with each other since each pair would be Bluetooth linked to a separate device. I would recommend you connect a set to your device (and name the paired set), so that the pair will only automatically connect to the assigned device. You can then repeat the process with your wife’s set and her device. I would go a step further and put some sort of marking on both pair in a set so as not to mix them up (for example, a dot of nail polish on each of hers). Hope this helps.

Answer:	I found this answer on the JBL site's product page: "The JBL Endurance Sprint comes with a factory charge when brand new, but it varies. With this, there is really no direct time-frame that we can provide for an initial charge. Unlike older devices that needs a certain amount of time plugged in initially, batteries now are better and does not require this. To keep the battery healthy, it is not advisable to drain the battery before charging it, small, frequent charges are better than charging it 0-100% at a time." But I guess if you're not sure, you can charge them on receiving. The JBL Endurance sprint takes 2 hours to fully charge. While charging it shows a solid red light and will turn off once the headphones are fully charged.

A small advice is that it will be easier to put on these earhook headphones if you remove your glasses first. After putting on, they will be comfortble, even with glasses.

Answer:	There should be an email attaching the instructions from the seller. Please check you email. The volume control function may not work with some ipod version. It might be something about the audio system compatibility. They can work with my ipod touch.

Answer:	i have found that after the airpod shows as being connected and is active on my Google Pixel, if I close the wireless case, the airpod is disconnected. Why is this happening? I thought this was compatible with Android.

If you want people to hear you noisy environments Plantronics is better if you just want to be heard in quiet environments these will do perfectly fine and you get the greatness of audio also.
