Answer:	I miss my Wings buuut. The bad: Messing with your mask is going to trigger the functions, or if you wear hoodies. I got a blister in my left ear from the suction on one use. However, every time I take them off they hurt the back of my ears. The good: They feel very sleek. Counter side to hurting when removed, once they're in they're in; they won't slip. The sound is just as good as Wings, but due to secure fit you don't "loose" sound. The great: I've had them 3 weeks and so far (so far) they haven't synced to my phone when NOT in use! I can't tell you (and typed that in my Wings rating) how frustrating that is. No wasted power use. Very frustrating when your planning a big cardio work out and the buds are drained because something triggered them that wasn't you. Flip a coin for that extra $20, but I would stay with these due to sync issues. Reminder 3 weeks, after 3 months I might change my answer if that arm doesn't loosen.

Answer:	I did not get a manual but was pretty easy to figure out how to use the product.

Answer:	It could if your desktop phone has a headset jack and you get an appropriate adapter (the headset does NOT include any adapters). Using it this way would put the headset in analog mode, which would mean no digital features like noise cancellation.

Answer:	I have a Lenovo and could get it to connect but the audio quality was very spotty. Sometimes it was great and then 5 minutes later it was terrible. Sometimes it would go for an hour before there were issues but it was not consistent. Turning off all other Bluetooth connections was helpful but not the solution- I ended up going corded which solved the audio problem but it defeated the purpose of why I purchased these- wanted to be able to walk around and move

Answer:	The sound is good if you are listening to music. Incoming calls are fine also. Talking to someone is not so good. I usually switch to phone to talk, especially if I'm in a noisy place or want the conversation to not be overheard. The device is very comfortable, so you may prefer the trade off if you are using it primarily for media (work at a job where I can only use one earbud for safety reasons).

Answer:	Make sure Bluetooth on device is on. Put in ear. Click and hold the button until the earpiece says "power on" (keep holding) and it should follow up with "pairing to device" or something similar. Then search device on your phone and pair.

True, it's different for 2 speakers connected with a cord, the sending device will see these as 1 device and so you will hear sound out of both ears. Answer:	Actually, it's different than some other devices. Older model of Senso earbuds (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G8JO5F2) was able to connect to at least two devices at once. The only inconvenience was that if one of the devices disconnected, it started beeping (to let you know, though I didn't always want to know). And it couldn't connect to 3 devices (not that I needed all 3 being connected at the same time, but I'd like to switch between them easily). This model is bad with multiple devices. I need to go and turn off Bluetooth on all other devices to be able to connect to the one I need (it connects to the last device it was connected before). Annoying. Unless I missed how to make them work in more convenient way. Don't know though if any other earbuds have better user experience in this area.
