Answer:	You cannot surf the web on this nano. It is not an iOS device like the iPad or iPod Touch. You can only watch movies, listen to podcasts, listen to the radio and listen to your music with this device.

Answer:	This answer assumes you're a PC (not Mac) user, like me. I have a Windows 7 PC and the Nano 7th gen. Answer: you don't necessarily need iTunes to load music to the Nano. There are apparently ways to load music to your Nano from Windows without installing iTunes at all, but you have to search out special software and drivers on the Internet and most people aren't masochistic enough to try. In my case, I went middle-of-the-road. I didn't want to go to the "dark side" of using iTunes itself, but I did download and install iTunes to get the benefit of it's drivers that access the Nano, but then I configured iTunes so it wouldn't start or sync automatically when the Nano is connected via USB so that it basically stays out of the way. Then I installed MediaMonkey (also free), and I use that to manage my song library and sync songs to the Nano. MediaMonkey will leverage the drivers that iTunes installed to get the job done. I don't know much about the features of iTunes, but MediaMonkey so far has met all my needs, including the ability to automatically rename (and even organize into sub folders) massive amounts of music files based on their ID3 tag data. If your songs were formerly managed in iTunes, they all will have cryptic filenames like AYDX.m4a, GPZR.m4a, etc (I guess Apple likes to be difficult). You don't *have* to rename those to use them in your Nano or in MediaMonkey - you'll still see all the ID3 tag data in MediaMonkey and on the Nano, but you might want to rename the files anyway if you choose to browse them directly on your PC, put them on another player, share them, etc. In that case, MediaMonkey makes quick work of giving all the files actually readable names. Answer:	I have an earlier Bose version, where the ear phone is mounted on a very sophisticated ear bud that seats perfectly in the antihelix of the pinna (outer ear), thereby gently resting in the ear canal itself. That is a MAJOR design advantage, not only in comfort, but also in safety, in that by avoiding pressure against the skin of the ear canal, the chance for discomfort / infection / inflammation is vastly reduced. There is nothing else like the old design on the market. I would only purchase the new model with the assurance that it faithfully incorporated the revolutionary advantages of the 4 older models I have purchased and given as gifts.
Question:	Just how water/sweat resistant are they in use
Answer:	I've had these 7 months and have LOVED them. But... I just ran a little over 2 hrs in constant light drizzle and they stopped working a little over halfway through. I thought they were dead... but ever hopeful I let them dry thoroughly then plugged them in to charge. About 15 min later I was able to turn them on and it talked to me as usual... "battery 40%, connected to..." I left them charging but when I came back to check on progress an hour or so later, all lights were out and I can't turn it on. Will see if Bose will replace. Bottom line: great in dry weather, very sketchy when damp or wet!

Answer:	I have pretty small ears, as in I have to use the smallest earbud tips with nearly EVERY headphone I've ever used. I CANNOT use the Apple headphones/buds as they kill my ears in about 20 minutes. I've been wearing my Samsung buds with the smallest tips, and the no wing rubber bits and I can go a whole work day 9+ hours in complete comfort. If I'm doing something more busy than my regular office job or moderate pace walk with my dog, I can switch to the smaller of the two ear wings and wear them for a couple of hours comfortably.
