Question:	is this loud enough
Answer:	I find that they are very loud. I’m the kind of guy who usually needs to turn it to 90-100% while running to be satisfied. These are loud enough for me at 50-60% and I’m impressed with the bass, especially as cheap as these are...
Question:	How is the quality of this product
Answer:	Very good for the price you pay. You must realize that you´re not buying a premium earbud and for the price you pay you´re getting a pretty good earbud, sometime as good as the premium ones. It turn´s on right after you take them out of the box and connects the right channel with the left channel to your device right after. Besides that, it does have a great sound quality with bass and nice isolation, things you don´t get in earbuds that costs more than U$150,00!!! So, nothing to complain? Well, it does have some transmission problems that happens sometimes only once for about a second, but sometimes it repeats more than once... Although I´m very satisfyed with it.
Question:	can you use just one at a time
Answer:	Yes. I use one or the other independently depending on the situation (left for running, right for work so they get equal hours of use). I have to manually connect the left one on my phone, but the right one connects automatically. I use the left one for outdoor runs and leave the right bud at home, and it functions normally. The earbud will beep for about a minute while it's waiting for the right bud to connect, but then the beeping will stop and you can go on enjoying your music. You don't have to use the right bud only or have the right and left buds in proximity. You could take both out, let them connect to eachother, and then place one back in the case like others have suggested but it's faster for me to just take one out and connect it on my phone if it's the left bud.
Question:	The wireless charging is great and all, but what if I don't own a wireless charger
Answer:	I would recommend a wireless charger. Just put the box on the charger without wires. My phone uses wireless charging and it is great. I only use a wired cord when I would be low on battery and need to use my phone at the same time.

On every pair of headphones I have seen, the audio controls (which often include a mic) are the most fragile part of the headphones - one of the frustrating things about shopping for headphones is that when you try to spend more to get higher sound quality and better build quality (hence durability), they come with the audio controls, which outweigh any durability benefit...

Answer:	I made the same exact mistake. It was not clear that ANY other color except black does NOT have a microphone. I got green without realizing it doesn't have a mic!

Answer:	Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. Wire for the SP3060 earphone is 1.2 meter long therefore you can place the phone anywhere within 1.2 metre distance in the car
Question:	After you bought these earbuds how long before they started having probelms
Answer:	these Sp3060 earbuds would last minimum 2 years but it they break or stop working within couple of months you should be looking out for the points below 1- Never keep your headphones and earbuds in pockets, backpacks, or purses. No matter how careful you are, the container contents will get jostled and cause the cord to get pulled, stretched, twisted, bent, pinched, crushed, and damaged 2- Do not let the cord dangle off the edge of a desk, A dangling cord is basically stuck bent at a 90-degree angle, and that puts undue stress on the internal wire at that point. Think of it like a staple: bend it back and forth, it will break. If you ever press or pinch the cord against the edge by accident, it could sever the internal wire. 3- Never tie knots, avoid tight loops. Looser always better 4- Never pull the cable to disconnet the jack. Always pull from the 3.5mm jack. Here’s another huge reason why your headphones keep breaking: pulling on the cord causes stress where the cord meets the plug. Over time, pulling can cause the internal wire to break and separate from the plug. 5- Exposure to sweat and moisture. Electronics and water do not go together. Just as it can fry your computer or your phone, water can fry the audio drivers in your headphones. 6-  Sleeping with them on. You can’t control how you move when you’re asleep. You roll around, flop about, and twist and turn. At the very least, there’s a good chance you’ll snag the cord. 7- Cranking up the volume. All noise-producing devices do so by creating sound waves. Sound waves are produced by vibrations, and the louder the sound, the greater the vibrations. Because headphones components are delicate, excessive volume can warp the sound-producing parts.
