Answer:	They appear very durable. I use them for listening to books on an MP3, and my wife has used them on a conference call, and we were both very satisfied with the sound quality. However my wife is small and the smallest buds irritated her ears after a while so she stopped using them. I love them and have no issues at all.

Answer:	I saw the same picture you were looking at a couple weeks ago. It seems they took that picture down but it did show there was a Bluetooth adapter cable that converted these into Bluetooth. There was also a specialized cable next to it and in the description it stated the specialized cable was sold separately. Which made me assume the Bluetooth cable was included. That was the whole reason I bought these.

Answer:	I frequently use these for phone calls. On this same product page, when you look at all the color options, you'll also notice that there is a version with a mic and one without. Obviously, the one with the mic will work fine for calls, but at least on an iPhone, the one without a mic can also work -- I can't say this with certainty, but I think when you plug in non-mic earbuds, the phone activates the same built-in mic it uses when you talk on speakerphone.

Question:	Can I control Volume directly from earbuds
Answer:	Yes! The left does volume down and the right volume up. Works great!
Question:	are these headphones able to connect to two devices at the same time
Answer:	Yes mine do. When I get in my car if I still have them on talking on the phone my car will pick up the call yet still hear the conversation as well thru the ear buds.
Question:	Just got these today I have experience feedback (static) when I speak even when I am not listening to music has anyone had this problem
Answer:	Yes. I’ve experienced this issue. It works great as a “workout headphone” but as soon as a I answer a call, it drops the connection so that i have to answer on the phone or MANUALLY select jlabs as the phone output. After the call, I get static or the Bluetooth connection fades in and out until I place them in the case for a few minutes and then reconnect to phone.
Question:	I was wonder if you could wear these with glasses
Answer:	If you can, try it on first with your glasses, because the earpieces and the glasses hang on the ear in the same place.
