Answer:	If you want it just for charging Yes it does. But it doesn't work very well for autoandroid feature

Answer:	Doesn't fast charge through the oem Samsung fast charger, 2.4 amp car fast charger, nor my 3.0 amp power bank. The cable that comes in the box with Samsung phones does and so do other cables I've tested. This is only usb 2.0 so it might be something to consider.

Answer:	This particular cable is still functioning at 100%, others have not worked as well

Answer:	I am not sure about the Note 20, but it works from the note 8 through the 10's. So, unless Samsung changed the cord, these should work.

3.The put 2 earbuds back into charging case to ensure 2 earbuds have power.

4.Take out 2 earbuds. When the two earphones only flash blue at the same time, it means that the earphones have been paired successfully.

5. After that you can turn on our bluetooth of the mobile phone and refresh the bluetooth page and search for "Q16".

Both left and right earbuds can be used separately. Just put one of the earbuds into the charging case.

Question:	Should red lights stay on whole time when the earbuds in pod
Answer:	more than likely, I'd be more concerned with how far away is the transmitting towers away from you and if they are transmitting all your local channels. I'm 70 miles away from Daytona (63 channels) , 90 miles from Orlando (70 channels ) , 110 miles to Tampa (35 channels ) and 60 miles from Gainesville (48 channels ) . Orlando & Daytona are the 2 I can get ABC, NBC , CBS , and FOX. Gainesville I miss out CBS , Tampa I miss out CBS and FOX
Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	It should light up when everything is hooked up and plugged into a working outlet. When I hooked mine up the light didn't come on either , but I checked the outside GFI outlet plug and had to reset the plug , once the plug was working the light came on.
Question:	If i lost an earbud how can i find it
Answer:	I am not sure of exact dim's but it is about 3 feet by 2 feet , it works as well if not better than my old smaller antenna getting 30% more channels
Question:	How do you contact the company regarding warranty because I can't seem to find their website
Answer:	The amplifier is located at the antenna and is fed by power along the coax. Either the power supply or the amp can go bad. It's possible the amp is heat sensitive and might work better in the winter. If you take the amp apart, it has a balun (the little loops of wire around the donut shaped object). The balun is needed to convert unbalanced coax to balanced yagi elements. You could bypass the rest of the amp downstream from the balun and link the balun outputs directly to the coax. Not responsible for the consequences of your trying this. Then use an amp downstairs at the tv. It won't give as good a result, because the amp should be as close as possible to the antenna. The bottom line is that if this type of antenna doesn't work reliably, it's probably time to get a different brand. I think the company had some literature in the box requesting that you contact them directly with questions and issues, so you might want to correspond with them about the problem. Good luck.

Tips

1.Why the charging case does not work?

• Rip off the film before putting it into the charging case for charging.
• First, make sure the charging case got enough power, and then put earbuds in right position (do not put them at reverse position), finally confirm light flash

2.Why the earbuds can not connect bluetooth?

• Check whether the earbuds are in searching status and turn off other bluetooth devices.
• Pay attention to the influence of the use environment on the earbuds. To ensure the smooth connection, it is recommended that the distance between the Bluetooth device and the earbuds be within 10M.

3. Why the earbuds does not auto connect?

• Please turn on the bluetooth first on you phone, then take earbuds out from charging case.
• Do not keep earbuds outside charging case long time if not using, it will auto close itself, put it back to charging case for restart earbuds.

4.Why the earbuds no sound

• Do forget to recharge the earbuds if it was no sound
• Do not take out other wireless headphones that you have used at the same time. It may connect to other headphones. If it has connected, but the headphones have no sound, please confirm if there are any other headphones connected.
