Answer:	these Sp3060 earbuds would last minimum 2 years but it they break or stop working within couple of months you should be looking out for the points below 1- Never keep your headphones and earbuds in pockets, backpacks, or purses. No matter how careful you are, the container contents will get jostled and cause the cord to get pulled, stretched, twisted, bent, pinched, crushed, and damaged 2- Do not let the cord dangle off the edge of a desk, A dangling cord is basically stuck bent at a 90-degree angle, and that puts undue stress on the internal wire at that point. Think of it like a staple: bend it back and forth, it will break. If you ever press or pinch the cord against the edge by accident, it could sever the internal wire. 3- Never tie knots, avoid tight loops. Looser always better 4- Never pull the cable to disconnet the jack. Always pull from the 3.5mm jack. Here’s another huge reason why your headphones keep breaking: pulling on the cord causes stress where the cord meets the plug. Over time, pulling can cause the internal wire to break and separate from the plug. 5- Exposure to sweat and moisture. Electronics and water do not go together. Just as it can fry your computer or your phone, water can fry the audio drivers in your headphones. 6-  Sleeping with them on. You can’t control how you move when you’re asleep. Answer:	There is NO mic on these headphones, built-in or otherwise. Since I do not use these headphones with my phone, I can not say IF the volume control works on them either. When I have these plugged-in to my TV/computer monitor, I use a "mini pre-amp" to control the volume. Hope this helps...

Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.

Answer:	I am having a similar problem. When I remove them from the charger, the volume is low. I then unpair and re-pair them to my phone and the volume is MUCH greater. I have all the correct media volume sync setting on my phone and this is the only headset that has this problem. It is really annoying having to unpair and pair every time I use the earbuds. Any other ideas?
Question:	What is difference in these and newer model
Answer:	There's a newer model called "TrueAir" with Apple style hanging ornamental lobes. I got a pair, then they vanished from Amazon. Out of stock the company said. There is no comparison, the TrueAirs have fair bass. These TrueFree are amazingly nil that way, especially since they reach deep into the ear. They sound tinny, like airline free wired buds.
Question:	How are these with watching video? Is there too much lag
Answer:	To reduce the lag of bluetooth audio transmission you need aptX codec support for both the receiving and transmitting device. These specific earbuds don't support the AptX codec, so there can be 100ms (1/10th of a second) or so difference between the video and when the audio plays. This issue can get worse the further away the two devices get.
