Question:	I have a newer samsung smarttv in our bdrm, what else if anything do i need to listen to tv w/o disturbing my sleeping wife
Answer:	As stated in my review, the first pair of batteries that came with the unit, lasted 4 1/2 years. The little button on the bottom is a 3 channel position slide switch. Depends on the location you place the unit (transceiver) determines the best channel. You will need to try each of the channels for the best reception. Does this answer help you?
Question:	Do you have to turn the headphone on manually like the old models(RS 170, RS 180)? Or does it turn itself on automatically when you pick it up from the charger
Answer:	In this order: Connect the headphone base to wall power, but not to the TV. Hang the headset on the base and make sure it's charging (red light will be on). Allow headset to fully charge (a few hours). While the headphone jack is still not connected to the TV: Turn on the TV and turn it up loudly enough that you can hear it. Connect the wire from the headphone base to the TV. Make sure your 3.5 mm connector is plugged all the way into the socket (sometimes people don't push them in far enough). The TV speakers should be muted now. Check to make sure you have a green light on the headphone base, meaning that it is getting an audio signal. Turn on the headphones. You may just hear static, or you may hear distorted TV sound. Turn the fine tuning adjustment on the head phones until you have good audio from the headphones.
Question:	My samsung tv is connected to my denon receiver for my room sound. will the rs 175 connect without any problems
Answer:	Our Toshiba TV has on-screen settings menus that allow cutting off the speakers while leaving the audio jacks active. But there are a few menu steps, which gets to be a nuisance when executed 5 - 10 times in an hour. So instead I plug the RS120 base transmitter into the Directv satellite receiver., which allows use of the headset with the TV speakers muted -- or even with the TV turned off. (One tiny issue with that arrangement: the receiver audio and the TV audio are not perfectly synchronized, so if you elect to use the headset while the TV speakers are on, you get an echo effect.)
Question:	Using the optical audion connection i can hear regular tv but not my samsung hub apps like netflix? any suggestions

Answer:	Bleeding: From my understanding, if this was a screen on a phone, tablet, or PC would be the light coming from unintended parts of the screen, making the device seem cheaply made, or corners cut. However, when it comes to bleeding from headsets, earbuds, & etc.., it is the unintended sound that escapes, even when your ears are fully seals to listen to music, in which anyone standing near you can hear also. Especially, when your volume is high, but if your volume is not on high, that would be even worse. This might mean that the build quality, housing, and insulation material might be of lower quality, or corners were cut. However, some speakers maybe just that overwhelmingly powerful that it can't be concealed at higher volumes, even with great build quality.
Question:	How is it overall
Answer:	It's actually comfortable. Don't worry. People are picky. The pads are not hard. Overall, I expected the headphones to be like regular cheap earphones, meaning the loudness and high end is more than the bass. But the bass on these is CRAZY. Only problem is that it overpowers some of the high end. But maybe that's just me. As for the FM, there's only like 5 or 6 stations that play jazz rock country and the news. That's it. Unless it's probably just because of my location. For the adjustable brackets on headphones, it's very hard to pull it to adjust on your head. I fear that aggressive pulling will make it loose. Overall, 9/10 because of the cheap material. But the weight FEELS like premium headphones

Question:	Should red lights stay on whole time when the earbuds in pod
Answer:	more than likely, I'd be more concerned with how far away is the transmitting towers away from you and if they are transmitting all your local channels. I'm 70 miles away from Daytona (63 channels) , 90 miles from Orlando (70 channels ) , 110 miles to Tampa (35 channels ) and 60 miles from Gainesville (48 channels ) . Orlando & Daytona are the 2 I can get ABC, NBC , CBS , and FOX. Gainesville I miss out CBS , Tampa I miss out CBS and FOX
Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	It should light up when everything is hooked up and plugged into a working outlet. When I hooked mine up the light didn't come on either , but I checked the outside GFI outlet plug and had to reset the plug , once the plug was working the light came on.
Question:	If i lost an earbud how can i find it
Answer:	I am not sure of exact dim's but it is about 3 feet by 2 feet , it works as well if not better than my old smaller antenna getting 30% more channels
Question:	How do you contact the company regarding warranty because I can't seem to find their website
Answer:	The amplifier is located at the antenna and is fed by power along the coax. Either the power supply or the amp can go bad. It's possible the amp is heat sensitive and might work better in the winter. If you take the amp apart, it has a balun (the little loops of wire around the donut shaped object). The balun is needed to convert unbalanced coax to balanced yagi elements. You could bypass the rest of the amp downstream from the balun and link the balun outputs directly to the coax. Not responsible for the consequences of your trying this. Then use an amp downstairs at the tv. It won't give as good a result, because the amp should be as close as possible to the antenna. The bottom line is that if this type of antenna doesn't work reliably, it's probably time to get a different brand. I think the company had some literature in the box requesting that you contact them directly with questions and issues, so you might want to correspond with them about the problem. Good luck.

1.Why the charging case does not work?

• Rip off the film before putting it into the charging case for charging.
• First, make sure the charging case got enough power, and then put earbuds in right position (do not put them at reverse position), finally confirm light flash

2.Why the earbuds can not connect bluetooth?

• Check whether the earbuds are in searching status and turn off other bluetooth devices.

Question:	How is the microphone? I'm wondering if I can use these to teach online. The students to hear me clearly enunciate words
Answer:	I agree with the muffled sound issue. I wouldn't recommend them for online teaching. I Purchased these for my husband. During calls, he could hear the person but they could not hear him. I would recommend a USB wired gaming headset. Most have a boom mic, which would work nicely for online teaching. I work in higher education and use a USB wired headset.

Answer:	I understand the print being way TOO SMALL. I know is that the power must be on turned OFF at first(POWER button on the right side of headset), follow the steps below then turn POWER ON, the blue light starts flashing indicating it's powered on &/or pairing with Bluetooth capable device. Make sure you turn on the Bluetooth capability on your phone or other device, if it doesn't automatically find the headset & connect then you have to search for device which will be listed as "WH-816", if code is needed to access "0000" is the code you enter. The light is suppose to flash(even if POWER is OFF) to indicate a successful pairing. Then turn POWER ON to enjoy! P.S. If does work the first time, turn OFF headset & then back ON. If that doesn't work, try pairing instructions once more with POWER OFF to headset & remember if it's a success the blue light on headset will flash. Question:	Are these headphones good if you work in a call room, as far as clarity and not picking up background noise
Answer:	Having worked in three different types of call centers, you really should look under Call Center Headsets. If the call center is your home or the facility can control inside and outside noise around you, try to find the type with a single oval ear cup that should cover your ear instead of press on it and that's reversible, so you can switch ears every once in awhile and that has an adjustable extended mic. You'll find it will be much better for prolonged use talking with people and not so hard on the ears. Trust me, you need an extended adjustable/movable mic as when people call in, their hearing ability differences and the environment they're in can make their ability to hear/understand you difficult without one. If you'll be in a noisy environment, try a headset with both ears and noise reduction/cancelling properties AND the extended mic. The LETSCOM is an excellent set and, while not designated noise cancelling does reduce exterior noises, but perhaps not the best choice for a call center operation.
Question:	Does anybody else experience some noise from the left side when exercising or running
Answer:	I got the white noise a few times while setting up/pairing the headphones. I was sitting 2 feet from my computer. I haven't tried pairing with cellphone yet. Haven't had white noise since and the headphones connect to the computer right when I turn the headphones on. Computer audio mutes out okay. Turning headphones off, computer audio reestablishes comes back okay.

Answer:	If your ears are smaller than average, yes. Not mine for sure. Standard over-ear phones have an inner hollow with at least 2.4" (6cm) tall. These are much smaller.

Answer:	As far as I know the batteries are not replaceable. That said, if you can get to the batteries, you just need to find a part number on them and search for replacements. Most likely would need to send back to Sony.

Answer:	I have both and no, it is not as good. For example, if i have a fan next to me at level 3, the xm3s will eliminate the noise. With the 900ns the fan noise will go from level 3 to level 1.
