Answer:	I’ve been using Shure for over ten years playing at churches. I switched to these a few months ago and have been thoroughly pleased. These are exceptional in every way. Clear bass and crisp highs and no ear fatigue. I would suggest you get the white cable upgrade because the one that comes in the box has a 90 degree bend and not straight. This gets in the way of the volume knob on my wireless pack sometimes and I have to twist it out if the way to turn up. I personally like the tips that come with it better than the memory foam tips that some people suggest as an upgrade. Try stock first and see what your think. But don’t hesitate to buy these!

Question:	Should red lights stay on whole time when the earbuds in pod
Answer:	From what I've experienced, they only stay red until fully charged in pod.
Question:	I cannot use them in stereo mode: it does not sync as the instructions in the manual describes. the product is not listed in the company's website
Answer:	I was having the same problem until I put them back in the case, left them there for 2-3 seconds. I take them out together and hold one in each hand about 2-3 inches apart and wait for the lights to change color a couple of times (see manual (it's a little confusing what it says in the manual so I just wait until it seems like the color changes have gone through their cycle)). They won't reset to stereo if you already have them in your ears and think that turning both off and back on will work. They may change to stereo after you put them in your ears but I have had better success at holding them near each other once out of the charging case and before putting them in my ears.

Answer:	Okay, so the answer I’m about to give might sound a little strange. They way I find my lost earbuds is that I find a bass boosted/ ear r*ape video, crank it up to full volume, and just listen for the earbud. You’ll have to put the other earbud away to use this method

Pairing earphones shouldn't be difficult and we made the TB200's pairing process straightforward and effortless.

Simply take the earbuds out of the compact charging case and the earbuds will automatically enter discovery mode (both earbud's led will start blinking blue and red). Once in discovery mode, take your smartphone or tablet and identify "iLuv TB200" to connect with the earphones.

If your earbuds are already paired to your device, they will automatically reconnect whenever it's taken out of the charging case.

Independent Connection

Both TB200 wireless earbuds independently connect and transmit to the paired device which allows for either the Left or Right earbud to enter mono mode or stereo mode seamlessly.

The TB200 built-in microphones reduce wind noise, filter ambient noise, and transmit voice clearly in any noisy environment to ensure high quality clear crisp phone calls. Both earbuds are equipped with a high-performance MEMS mic, Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) and Wideband Speech.

For Apple iPhone users, please note that calls will default to the smartphone. You can switch the call over to the earbuds by using the audio button on your phone call screen. For most Android smartphones, calls will default to the earbuds.

Perfect Comfortable Fit

Choose from one of the four ear tips for the best fit and insert the correct earbud into the corresponding ear.

The earbuds are marked with either a L (Left ear) or R (Right ear) because each earbud is specifically angled to perfectly fit your ear shape.

Once the earbuds are inserted into your ear, slightly twist and turn clockwise to secure the fit; adjust as needed.

IPX6 Waterproof Protection

The TB200 earbuds and portable charging case are both sealed with IPX6 rated protection for heavy rain and water splash resistance.

This level of resistance ensures that the earbuds and charging case can endure a minimum of three minutes of powerful jets spraying at least 100 liters of water per minute without water penetrating the hardware.

Connection Pairing Issue

TB200 earbuds are designed to automatically restore the connection with the last paired device when it is powered on. To restore connection, put the earbuds back into the case, close the lid and take them out after 15 seconds. If this does not resolve the problem, reset your Bluetooth on your device while the earbuds are in pairing mode. You may need to restart your mobile device if this does not work.

Desync Issue

Whenever the TB200s are desynced from one another, reset the connection by tapping the center of both earbuds’ fives time and a beep sound will be heard.

Afterwards, touch and hold the center of both earbuds for 2 seconds until a “Power on” voice prompt is heard. This will indicate that the earbuds are reset and resynced.

Charging Issue

Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Once the earbuds are in the case, plug the Type-C USB cable to the charging case and connect it to a power adapter.

Charge the charging case with the earbuds within the case for 15 minutes; the earbuds will be ready to use after the time has elapsed.

Impacted Speaker Issue

The TB200 sound quality may decrease whenever dust or wax impacts the speaker mesh of the earbuds. Please make sure to check for impacted areas and clean the speaker mesh often to ensure good sound quality.

Please note: Do not put the earbuds into the charging case when wet.

Answer:	I think so - theoretically. But I have found the beat list so comprehensive, I can get just about any beat I want from the list. The exception is "swing". The machine has every variation of Rock, Jazz, Waltz, etc you can think of, but no Swing as such. However, it has a L & R pair of Midi inputs, so I should be able to hook up my Roland E500 keyboard and copy any beat from there to the User folder on the Alesis. I just haven't tried it yet. Answer:	I ordered a pack of foam replacement tips in three different sizes sm, md, and lrg. I ended up liking the medium foam tips. Remember these tips have the larger center hole, not the small ones like Sure. Just type in replacement tips for KZ and they will come up. Another tip (pardon the pune) I bought both red and black tips. I put the red on right ear and black on left so I can quickly tell the difference on a dark stage.

Answer:	Not as wide as you get with good, open back phones. Soundstage greatly improves with a good DAC/amp.

Answer:	I love them for running. There is no way to skip or replay a song from these earbuds, but I use them with my iPod shuffle so if I want to skip a song I just do it from the shuffle. I don't run with my phone which is why I like these earbuds so much, they are simple.
