I know is that the power must be on turned OFF at first(POWER button on the right side of headset), follow the steps below then turn POWER ON, the blue light starts flashing indicating it's powered on &/or pairing with Bluetooth capable device. Make sure you turn on the Bluetooth capability on your phone or other device, if it doesn't automatically find the headset & connect then you have to search for device which will be listed as "WH-816", if code is needed to access "0000" is the code you enter. The light is suppose to flash(even if POWER is OFF) to indicate a successful pairing. Then turn POWER ON to enjoy! P.S. If does work the first time, turn OFF headset & then back ON. If that doesn't work, try pairing instructions once more with POWER OFF to headset & remember if it's a success the blue light on headset will flash.
