Answer:	I would just contact Amazon directly for either a refund or exchange. I buy a lot of of Amazon, and they’ve always make it right immediately. Answer:	The device is a black Bluetooth earbud with ANC. It is not blue and does not have a wire.

Answer:	The bud tips it came with doesn’t fit my small ears. With constant movement they slip out no matter how much I try to wedge them in my ears, which hurts. After analyzing the buds it came with, they are significantly shorter than the ones on my beatsX which stopped working hence why I bought these. With a little stretching of the silicone buds, I placed the buds off my beatsX to these earbuds n they fit perfect in my ear now. However, now they don’t fit in the charging case. I use a hair tie to hold the lid down to charge 🤷🏻‍♀️
