Answer:	Mine came with different plugs to fit your ear but even the size that fits me isn’t that great and comes loose. I bought mine to just have a cheap pair for my desk job and I really don’t think they’ll work for your purposes. TBH, these are decent enough for a cheap earbud but the overall design is clumsy and a bit of a pain to deal with. The touch controls are EXTREMELY sensitive and, again, clumsy. Once they’re in you have to make sure not to touch them at all or your phone just starts doing random things like making phone calls if you didn’t change the volume the right way. Also, and most annoying, you have to make sure to remove BOTH earbuds from the case at the EXACT same time or they pair individually and can cause audio delay. I’d keep looking if I were you.

When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?

- Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)

- Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list

- Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white

- During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)

- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid

- Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T12' then select to pair

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure, but my best guess is that you got an older batch that is starting to break down. I wouldn't even use it as you'll probably end up needing to get a cleaner to get the mess this "dust cleaner" leaves behind.

Answer:	I’ve only used it once and had it unopened for a month and when first opening it was extremely slimey sticking to things but after you use it a bit, it gets thicker and less slimey. We just keep it in room temperature house, never the car in the heat.
Question:	Will this device fit in a case meant for AirPods
Answer:	No you don’t have to throw it away for a long time. It can be used repeatedly unless you used it and it’s extremely dirty. Even then, you might be able to rinse it, dry it and keep using it. I haven’t gotten mine that dirty yet because I use it as a keyboard cleaner so I am not sure if you rinse it if you can keep using it. If you try rinsing it and it still works, please let us know. Answer:	It seems you may get a counterfeit one with Amazon. I ordered one and it does not fast charge my iPad Pro so it is a fake one compared to the real cable. I had to return it and buy a real one directly from Apple instead which had a different box.

Answer:	I am using the smaller size, and the lid closes without any trouble at all. They work great.

Question:	Will the case close without crushing or destroying the foam tips? Just like the original silicone tips that come with the AirPods
Answer:	Mine closes fine, just like with the Apple tips. That satisfying snap close is still there. When I take them out there are no lines from the case on them which tells me there is not any pressure on the foam tips while in the case.

Question:	How is the quality of the mic, in a call, the other people can hear you ok
Answer:	Yes. It actually drowns out noise and others can hear you fine in my experience. Great purchase
Question:	How far can your phone be from the earbuds for them to still be connected
Answer:	I have been as far as 30 ft in open spaces and been in separate rooms (concrete walls) and 15 feet. Never, so far, had them disconnect.
Question:	Can you use one at a time for Phone or music
Answer:	If I understand your question correctly, yes. I walk in the pre-dawn hours on streets and want to hear any traffic that might be around me. I use one earpod to listen to an audiobook while keeping the other ear free. Works just fine. I should add that I am very pleased with this purchase overall.
Question:	Have anyone tried running with this headphones
Answer:	I don’t run but I am very active and train hard in the gym. These earbuds come with like 6 different size tips for your ears. They fit my ears so well I have to pull them out. Trust me, you will love them!
