When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?

- Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)

- Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list

- Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white

- During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)

- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid

- Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T12' then select to pair

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure, but my best guess is that you got an older batch that is starting to break down. I wouldn't even use it as you'll probably end up needing to get a cleaner to get the mess this "dust cleaner" leaves behind.

Answer:	I’ve only used it once and had it unopened for a month and when first opening it was extremely slimey sticking to things but after you use it a bit, it gets thicker and less slimey. We just keep it in room temperature house, never the car in the heat.

Answer:	No you don’t have to throw it away for a long time. It can be used repeatedly unless you used it and it’s extremely dirty. Even then, you might be able to rinse it, dry it and keep using it. I haven’t gotten mine that dirty yet because I use it as a keyboard cleaner so I am not sure if you rinse it if you can keep using it. If you try rinsing it and it still works, please let us know. 2. Activate Voice Assistant

Answer:	My girlfriend has a pair of Airpods pro and I tried it a few times. Apple works better for me but it gives my ears a lot of stress and I don't feel comfortable. This Mpow can cancel noise from typing on the keyboard in the office and voices in the metro. It seems enough to use on daily occasions. Perfect for the price!

Answer:	After you get the headphones try on the different foam pads until you find a good fit. Once I found my fit I shook my head pretty violently and they didn't move. So I would say they don't fall out easily. I mowed, bent over. Jogged around the yard. Did various other tasks, and they stayed put. They stay in real good.
Question:	Can anc mode be set to default? or do i have to turn it on manually every time
Answer:	No it cannot be set by default. If you have ANC on and take them out of your ears and put them back in the case, the next time you put them in your ears and connect you will have to reactivate ANC each time. It does not return your last used mode but always returns to ANC off mode when reconnecting.

Answer:	This worked for me: Please follow the steps: 1. Forget the “T12” earbuds device from your bluetooth on your phone. 2. Take out two earbuds from the charging box and turn them off. 3. Long press the Multifunction Button of the left and the right earbud for 15 seconds until there are orange and white lights flashing for 1 second and then turn off automatically. 4.
