Answer:	Understandable! It clicks into place. Try sliding the base onto the holder. Its a little tricky but snaps in snugly once you line it up.

Answer:	If your cart has the typical rubber keepers for the window (such as the Club Car) then yes. I can say that I have used this on carts for the last 3 or so years travelling on some pretty rough terrain or potholed cart paths and it has never become loose on the cart nor has the phone ever fallen off the phone holder. And I only use 2 of the rubber bands on the phone, not the 4 supplied.

Answer:	Any standard Android phone cable type with the micro connector for the Phantom and a std USB on the other end will works well with any AC wall Adapter. I have changed mine several times because the original one supplied was always too short for my liking.
