Connect APP

A- In the Google Play Store or Apple App Store search for "cTracing" or get the download link by scanning the QR code on the box, and download the APP;

B- Long press the button on the smart locator, hear the "drop, drop" twice, the LED light is on;

C- Search for the smart locator and connect to the app, slide left to delete the tracker, touch the ">" icon to rename the smart locator or disconnect;

D- Long press to shut down.

Question:	I used other key finders for less than a year and the battery covers fell off making them useless. Anyone has this issue after a long period use
Answer:	For ranges like that, a GPS tracker would be needed. All Chipolo trackers work with Bluetooth technology, which is limited in range to about 200 ft max.
Question:	Can all the receivers work well with the transmitter

Question:	what is the actual size of the receiver
Answer:	With the Chipolo Card and Chipolo Plus yes, the whole tracker has to be replaced (there’s a discounted renewal program available). With Chipolo Classic, you only need to replace the battery.
Question:	If i bought 2 sets would the remotes work for both sets? for instance... when i push “d” on one remote would it make both “d” finders make noise

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.
Question:	Was thinking about getting the 4 pack and give one each to my adult kids. Do they all 4 work separately so they each can have one
