That way, if another user was to come into contact with your TrackR bravo, they would not be able to ring it or have it shown within their TrackR app. However, with our Crowd Locate feature, you would receive a notification within the TrackR app with your device's updated location, along with a corresponding map, if you misplaced your TrackR bravo and another user came within range of it. Question:	Can the TrackR indicate me the position of a paired item (pets for instance) at 350 Kms
Answer:	The simple answer is NO. I have 6 devices I tried to use. My expectations were low. I thought at the very least, I could use them as trusted bluetooth devices to unlock my phone. If I remained 3 feet from the device with my phone it might work. But only for about a month before the battery dies. If I get further away, the device looses connection and most of the time, does not reconnect automatically. In fact, more often then not, I would get stuck spending several minutes trying to manually reconnect the TrackR to my phone. Crowd locate. BS. I put one on my non-verbal special needs daughters book bag. I gave one to her teacher (she has only 1 teacher and is with her most of the day) I gave one to her para professional (personal assistant who is also with her 100% of the time in school) and I gave one to the bus driver. My hope was being able to track my daughter from school to home. I take her in the morning and I can see in the TrackR app that her book bag is at school. But it stays at school. It never shows it traveling home. It never shows it at home at all. Until I come home and get close to her book bag with my phone. Then it detects the TrackR I put in her bag. Sometimes. And of course it ate batteries even faster then the one on my key chain. I was replacing the book bag battery every two-three weeks. And OMG, what a pain to get it to repair after a battery change. It will make you want to throw it. After trying this for 3 months I gave up. I felt stupid for wasting money on the TrackR and even more stupid for going through so many batteries. I touched base a couple times with the teacher, para and bus driver and several times had to help reconnect to the TrackR. Common sense should have told me a device this small can not possibly have a range of 100ft. Not even 30ft. Such a small radio and such little amperage from the battery. I am betting that the hundreds of these devices I see around my area www.thetrackr.com/#crowdlocate is either complete BS or most of them are not connected. They are just showing location of purchase. Probably both are true. This technology is probably 10-20 years off from actually working how it's advertised.

Question:	Replaceable battery with free battery replacement program (us only). how does this work? what kind of battery
Answer:	Being able to replace the battery is a game-changing feature. Instead of having to buy a new item tracker, simply replace the battery! When the battery on your device is running low, you will notice a low-battery icon appear in your TrackR app. This icon will provide you a link to order a free replacement battery. Our TrackR pixel takes a replaceable CR2016 battery which readily available and is very inexpensive if you prefer to purchase one from a convenience store. Question:	how far does this reach if i was to put in a car
Answer:	Hi Tony, Thank you for the question. At this time we are not recommending using the TrackR pixel or TrackR bravo for vehicles, as they do not offer live GPS Tracking. However, with our Last Seen Location, TrackRs can be useful to keep tabs on your vehicle in a large parking lot, or an unfamiliar city. The devices check in with the TrackR app when it is open and Bluetooth is on. Once the device goes outside of your phone's Bluetooth range, you will see a 'Last Seen Location' with date and time, representing the last check in made. Question:	If I lose my wallet while i'm, will Trakr show me its last known location as tile does
Answer:	Our "last seen" location feature is perfect for locating your wallet in the event that you misplaced it. The moment you are separated from your wallet, the TrackR app will remember the "last seen" location and will provide directions to lead you back to the location that your connection was severed. If you also keep a TrackR pixel in your car, this feature can also be very useful if you forget where you parked! Just remember to keep your Bluetooth is turned on and your TrackR app running in the background of your phone!
