As a test I had friend at work hid it in our four floor office bldg. He scanned it and when I got the email on my phone i was able use the phone GPS to find it. Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Question:	Can you reassign and rename a pixie point? Say you don't want to use it on your TV remote anymore and want to put it on your e-reader
Answer:	Yes you can do both. To change the name of he point you simply go into your list of points, swipe left of the point you want to rename and in point settings change the name. Your pixie points should have also come with extra adhesoves so just remove it from your remote, apply a new adhesive and stick in on your new item.
Question:	If I leave my wallet at the gas station will its location show up
Answer:	Pixie App does have a Last Seen feature. Last Seen represents the last time the App was in connection with the Pixie Point listed. When the Pixie App is open and in the foreground, and connected to that Point it collects the nearest address using the Location Services of your iPhone. NOTE: If the App is not launched and the active App it will not record a Last Seen position of your Points. The Pixie system has an indoor range of 30 to 50 feet and outdoors 100 to 150 feet.

Answer:	I don't know what Smart Alert is. I have one Wosports tag on my cane. If I mislay the cane I push the corresponding button on the Tracker and the tag responds. I works fine in my house.
