Answer:	I'm not sure. If you can make cell phone calls from the fire, it may work. What the panic button does is connect to a cell phone by Bluetooth and it calls out on the cell phone.
Question:	my mom does not have a cell phone so could i program it to my phone and let her use the beacon at her home

Answer:	SpotyPal needs the Bluetooth and location to be on in order to work, so that the device can be connected to the phone. When airplane mode is selected, the location and Bluetooth are automatically turned off. However, some phones allow you to manually turn on the Bluetooth and location, even though you're on airplane mode. If that is the case for your phone, then SpotyPal will also be working.

Answer:	Hi John, Thanks for reaching out! How does Spotypal find your items? The App communicates with the SpotyPal device via Bluetooth.   1. If your smartphone is within a Bluetooth range from the device, SpotyPal can find it, establish a connection, keep the location information and alert the device.   2. If your SpotyPal device is out of range, the App will display the place where the connection was lost. This is the best place for you to start looking for your missing item. Once the connection is re-established, you can see how strong the signal is and alert your item.   3. If your item is completely lost, report it to the Crowd-fιnding community. Then if a SpotyPal user passes near your item, you will be immediately notified of its location. The procedure is anonymous and respects users' privacy. How to make sure your device is connected?
