Answer:	Yes you can do both. To change the name of he point you simply go into your list of points, swipe left of the point you want to rename and in point settings change the name. Your pixie points should have also come with extra adhesoves so just remove it from your remote, apply a new adhesive and stick in on your new item.
Question:	If I leave my wallet at the gas station will its location show up
Answer:	Pixie App does have a Last Seen feature. Last Seen represents the last time the App was in connection with the Pixie Point listed. When the Pixie App is open and in the foreground, and connected to that Point it collects the nearest address using the Location Services of your iPhone. NOTE: If the App is not launched and the active App it will not record a Last Seen position of your Points. The Pixie system has an indoor range of 30 to 50 feet and outdoors 100 to 150 feet.

Answer:	Yes, you do have a button to turn off GPS tracking. I personally put the GPS widget on one of my screens, which gives me the flexibility to quickly turn it on/off for the rare times that I do use it. The exception, of course, is the 911 tracking. You cannot disable that.

Answer:	Yes. I bought two and tested both of them. I have not tested over 2.7w of power going out of the bag. All current cell phone's have lower out put power rating than 2w. A 5w transmission did not get into the bag from 6 feet away. It will block any tracking device in a phone or item even when the power is turned off on the device. Only the inner large pocket blocks RF. It will block your credit cards, passport or any others RFID or chip implant from receiving a scan signal. ~ I hope that helps.

Answer:	Good question. A malware app that managed to install itself earlier could conceivably record audio onto phone memory while inside the bag, isolated from RF. Later, when cell/WiFi service is restored, upload the recording to the attacker's web site. With the microphone inside the bag though, voices are likely to be unintelligible and useless to the attacker.

Question:	If this item transmits using 4G data network, what happens when you are out west where there may not be 4G available
Answer:	If the tracker can’t locate 4G service in a particular area, it will try to fall back to 2G if that is available. 4G coverage is extremely widespread in the United States though. Also, keep in mind, that the tracker uses GPS satellites to know its location, not the cell towers. If it can’t communicate with our servers, because of coverage issues, it will keep tracking its location and as soon as it finds itself with service it will send all the queued locations. Answer:	Yes, the monthly fee is separate for each tracker. You can either pay for the subscription monthly or upfront yearly at a discounted price. You can also avail a discount on the subscription fee if you activate 5 or more trackers.

Answer:	This question has still not been answered exactly. That is, can the device still be used as a tracker (but not a real time tracker) without signing up for the month to month service. Question:	Will the sticker ring if its mate gets too far apart from each other
Answer:	Hi there, Great question! Tile does not currently have a feature that notifies you when you lose connection to your Tile. While there are competing products available that claim to offer the separation alert feature, it is clear from customer reviews that this feature does not function reliably. We want to ensure that any features we release to our customers continue to live up to that standard. While Tile doesn't currently offer a general separation alert, you can sign up for a Premium account to gain access to Smart Alerts! With Smart Alerts, you can designate specific locations for individual Tiles in order to be notified if you leave them behind. This feature uses geofencing to notify you when a Tile has been left behind, as opposed to a general break in connection. Between home, work, the gym, or anywhere else you frequently visit, you can feel reassured knowing that you'll never leave your important items behind! Question:	Could you use these sticker tiles for eye glasses
Answer:	Hi there, Great questions! I think it would depend on how thick the frame of the glasses is. Reading glasses are kind of thin, making almost impossible to stick a Sticker. Some models of sun glasses, may have a thicker frame, allowing the Sticker to fit on the side. In any glasses case would work fine. Question:	Will it stay on a device if removed from pocket off and on
Answer:	I've also used earthquake putty to stick Tiles to remotes. A tiny dab goes a long way. Yes, it gets dirty after a while; if that bothers you, just replace the putty.
Question:	Can I buy a multi pack and give them to multiple people

All Tiles arrive unactivated and unregistered to any account, so you can gift an unactivated Tile from your multi-pack to your friends and family.
