Question:	Is there a added cost to use this item
Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.
Question:	Was thinking about getting the 4 pack and give one each to my adult kids. Do they all 4 work separately so they each can have one

For the new Pioneer AVIC-5000NEX, AVIC-6000NEX, AVIC-7000NEX, and AVIC-8000NEX these radios will not require an interface, switch, etc. for bypass. There is a "secret" hidden button in the software that allows you to bypass the speed lockout. Here is how to do it:Step 1. Ground the light green parking brake wire in the wire harness.Step 2. Apply power to the unit and push main menu button (This button is in the center of the control panel)Step 3. Push "AV icon" (located on the touch screen, bottom center-right area of the screen)Step 4. On the AV icon screen push "Off" button (located on the touchscreen, towards the bottom left area of the screen)Step 5. Press and hold the very bottom left corner of the touch screen for 10 seconds until you hear a beep and a small "set on" icon will appear that confirms the bypass is complete. Answer:	Mine came with a 1909 S-VDB penny with some wheat-looking picture on it. Even though it still looked new, I sent it back because I wanted a newer model and they sent me a 2016 penny instead - no questions asked. Kudos to them for their great customer service.

Answer:	I also thought that when you buy this combo it will auto switch when you switch the button on the keyboard, but to my surprise you need to switch both individually. Even that was ok, but you need to turn over the mouse to switch that is pain as I work with 2 computers and go back and forth on both my computer frequently and switching the mouse would be a pain.
