Answer: Yes only the stars one though. I had to purchase the other lights with it. If you have a Rambunctious little one I suggest to put the lights somewhere else though. Mine tore them up in a month.

Answer: I am not sure if that can happen but if you can cancel your order of the tent (I bought one for my grandaughter too) and then place a new order for the tent and mat. You could call customer service for more official info. Why not send the mat by itself? Two gifties are great! I also bought some star battery string lights to go in side.
