Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.

A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

I started buying these for my grandson when he was one year old and never worried about them being a choking hazard. As time went on, I bought additional sets so he could start spelling words out (he is only 21 months now). He has known his entire alphabet and his numbers for many months and I attribute a lot of that to these letters and numbers. We do not use them in the bathtub but rather as an educational tool. He loves them, plays with them daily.

The only way we could keep them from wrinkling and tearing was to use something like duct tape along the top edge then pin or tape it along the top, then stretch as needed side to side and pull down the bottom. So far we have not having a problem with wrinkles.

Question:	Replaceable battery with free battery replacement program (us only). how does this work? what kind of battery
Answer:	There is no phone app for the KeyRinger. The app for locating devices they refer to is a web app at http://keyringer.com/call-basic.htm, which can be used from a browser on any type of smart phone.I however wanted widgets on my phone to locate devices. I viewed the source of that page to find URLs to download mp3s of unique sounds to locate each unit, e.g. http://keyringer.com/keyringer-tones/unique_5_1.mp3, unique_5_2.mp3 etc. I downloaded the mp3s to my Samsung Galaxy S5 and created buttons using the 'Instant Buttons' app, that play a custom sound for each device I want to locate (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cremagamesstudios.instant). Tada! No browser needed, instant widgets.
Question:	how far does this reach if i was to put in a car
Answer:	Because they're stretchy, they could easily fit an adult. But if I had to guess, I would say the bracelets would fit best on kids ages 5-10.
Question:	If I lose my wallet while i'm, will Trakr show me its last known location as tile does
Answer:	There are 4 wristbands in each package. The colors/design are as shown.

Answer:	These stretchy bracelets measure approx. 2" wide. They are one-size-fits-most so they will fit a 4 year-old's wrist, but will not be snug.

Each Smart Tracker comes with its own replaceable Lithium CR2032 button cell battery. To activate the iMagic Smart Tracker N3, the iMagic Track app must be downloaded onto the user’s phone. For Apple iOS phones, 8. 0 and above, the tracker app can be downloaded from the apple store. For Androids 4. 3 and above, the tracker app can be downloaded from Google Play. Bluetooth range indoors can reach between 32-98 ft. , and from 98-164 ft. outdoors. This iMagic Smart Tracker N3 includes the following loss-prevention features: The Smart Anti-Lost Alarm feature alerts the user as they are leaving out of Bluetooth range through both their smartphone and keyfinder tracker, that they have forgotten an item. The iMagic Track app also includes a silent region setting that gives the user full control of silencing specific locations and radius’ when alerting. The Item Finder feature allows the user to strap a Smart Tracker to commonly misplaced items that can later be easily located with the iMagic Track app. Others have used these trackers on key rings, backpacks, cameras, wallets, passports, purses and many other valuable items.
