Question:	Are the batteries replaceble
Answer:	yes, they are replaceable. I believe they are the CR 3032 batteries (sort of as big as a nickel) and very easy to find in stores.
Question:	Is there a way to attach the recivers to a key fob or chain
Answer:	It has a tiny round key chain but no chain. You will have to buy that seperate. It comes with a sticky two sided holder that will not work for key chains. I had to buy two small chains to hold my phone but it holds onto my keys just fine.
Question:	How loud is it? My dad can't hear certain decibels, for example an oven timer going off
Answer:	They are loud if the speaker is not covered. If it is under a cushion or pillow it is hard for anyone to hear. If he wears hearing aids probably but don't count on it if not and he can't hear that frequency.
Question:	Is there a way to tell if the battery is low or out and does it show battery life on manual
Answer:	It uses the same batteries as my remote car starter and remote car unlocker. I use that every day. After more than a year of use, the batteries each have about 50% life left. If you replace the batteries every two years, you should have no problems.

Answer:	If the stud finder locates a nail head or stud screw head it will stick to the wall due to the magnetic force. This stud finder has a level on it. You’ll turn the finder while stuck on the wall until bubble is between the two lines. The finder will vertical at that point as will be the stud.

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Question:	Do you have a tracker that has a much wider range (sort of like find my iphone)? Let’s say that the wallet is in another city or at least miles away
Answer:	For ranges like that, a GPS tracker would be needed. All Chipolo trackers work with Bluetooth technology, which is limited in range to about 200 ft max.
Question:	Does this work for Android
Answer:	Yes, it works on Android and iOS.
Question:	Do you have to buy a new device when battery runs down
Answer:	With the Chipolo Card and Chipolo Plus yes, the whole tracker has to be replaced (there’s a discounted renewal program available). With Chipolo Classic, you only need to replace the battery.
Question:	Is there any device that can make a lost cell phone ring when the phone is turned OFF
Answer:	Stick the chipolo in your phone Case and have the app in Another Phone back at home. If you lose your phone you will be able to track it WITH the other phone or tablet you may have. Phone on or off its completely separate from the Chipolo thingy. Their separate devices so you will DEFINITELY track and find the Lost found IF you leave the chipolo on your Lost phone case.
