Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Answer:	Each leg is two pieces, once you screw the leg on, pull on it. The outer piece should slide off. Then spin the outer piece a half turn and push it back together. The grooves are designed to stop the inner piece from nesting fully into the outer piece.

Answer:	I've also used earthquake putty to stick Tiles to remotes. A tiny dab goes a long way. Yes, it gets dirty after a while; if that bothers you, just replace the putty.
