Question:	Are the batteries replaceble
Answer:	yes, they are replaceable. I believe they are the CR 3032 batteries (sort of as big as a nickel) and very easy to find in stores.
Question:	Is there a way to attach the recivers to a key fob or chain
Answer:	It has a tiny round key chain but no chain. You will have to buy that seperate. It comes with a sticky two sided holder that will not work for key chains. I had to buy two small chains to hold my phone but it holds onto my keys just fine.
Question:	How loud is it? My dad can't hear certain decibels, for example an oven timer going off
Answer:	They are loud if the speaker is not covered. If it is under a cushion or pillow it is hard for anyone to hear. If he wears hearing aids probably but don't count on it if not and he can't hear that frequency.
Question:	Is there a way to tell if the battery is low or out and does it show battery life on manual
Answer:	It uses the same batteries as my remote car starter and remote car unlocker. I use that every day. After more than a year of use, the batteries each have about 50% life left. If you replace the batteries every two years, you should have no problems.

Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Question:	does it sound when the pet gets out of range
Answer:	It would depend on the thickness of the radiant barrier. Most of what I see is pretty thick. The fine wire staples are for use with thinner material (i.e. plastic sheet, posters, paper signs). I would recommend the R11 #20725915 with heavier duty flat wire staples

Question:	How much do the little fob/trackers weigh
Answer:	They have updated the fobs, mine were circular but I’m sure they are the same. They basically weigh nothing. SUPER lightweight
Question:	Is it ad/dc or only battery op? and how long does the standby work in the transmitter
Answer:	Each tag has a battery, provided with the kit. The support remote is also battery powered and are provided. Purchased it in June 2018 on the same batteries from purchase. The only hint is make a list of what is what color. There is only 1 pattern alarm, and 1 tone. Meaning you may find 5 things before you find #6 which is what your after. Do they work YES. Keys magically appear! We even put one on our dog to find her at night, she's deaf, we hear her before we fall over her, now she flashes. Also, when attaching the Velcro, be careful not to cover the speaker on the tag or you'll never find the item. Use the rings provided for the tag to use for keys.
Question:	Knowing myself I would lose the remote
Answer:	I bought 2 of these units. They are worth it. I worried about this issue too of losing the remote control. I have thus attached one of the beeper remotes to the main Esky remote control unit I use, and Xfinity remote control for the TV and audio remote control for my sound bar. These beepers are worth the time saved looking for these often misplaced objects for sure!
