Answer:	Yes, you can purchase, “ Premium Service “, which is about $30.00/ year.( I do have it). You can make settings with a Premium that will remind you ,that you left something behind,(via cell text). Premium will also show you a map of where the last place your item was while you were last in range of it. You can then go to that area and hope your back in range of it’s Bluetooth and Find it! For $30./ year, if it helps me find just one item that got lost,(and had a Tile ), It would be worth every penny.
Question:	Can I use the tile to locate the septic tank in a home
Answer:	Hello there, That's a great question and definitely a rare one! Now locating the septic tank could be a bit tricky. A few variables could affect the Bluetooth connection as well as the water resistance. With the Tle Pro 2020 just being water resistant, the possibility of it taking in liquid is likely. If you were to attempt using Tile to track it, the best option would be a Tile Sticker due to its size and waterproof rating. Question:	Is there any warning that your battery is getting low on the Tile Pro
Answer:	Nope. If you don't check them frequently you'll only find out your batteries are low when the app tells you the item hasn't checked in for a few days/weeks. That's the achilles heel for these things. When you actually lose something and need to use the app to find it- then it will tell you the batteries are dead. I'm buying a new set of keys and key fob today for my car because the battery died and I didn't realize it until my keys were lost. I paid for the 'premium' version to see my tracking history and looks like the battery has been dead for a month. I would have really liked a warning that the battery was low before then. I then found out 4 of my other tiles have dead batteries, but the battery replacement service is based on time and not actual battery life so I had to replace all those batteries on my own even when paying for the premium service. So unless you're checking the battery yourself every day you're out of luck when the battery dies. I bought 8 tiles total last year, pro and regular and only half of the batteries lasted a full year. I would replace them every 6 months on a high value item like car keys.

Question:	Do samsung phones still have the issue where the phone forces the tile app to go to sleep even though the os is set to never allow tile app to sleep
Answer:	Yes. September 2020 and this is still a problem. I can never locate my phone with my key tag because of this. I have set the app to be able to locate on the background. In phone settings I have set it to 'never sleep'. Samsung and tile just don't get along. However, finding all the other stuff I lost works just fine. Just re open the app.

Answer:	I didn't buy this product, but looked it up. Each roll is 18 inch wide x 18. 86 feet = 28.29 square feet, So find out how wide your wall is, and how tall. Multiply width (say 10 ft) by height (8 ft?) to get number of square feet you have on that wall (80 sq ft, in my example.) For the 80 sq ft wall, you'd need at least 3 rolls to make the pattern match up right, even if you have a window or two there. If you want to paper the whole room, you need to add the square footage of all four walls, and then divide by the 28.29 (or round up to 30 sq ft per roll, hoping the windows and doors balance it out. Ok?

Answer:	The decals can be applied to any flat, smooth, clean, and dry surface so yes they can be applied to cars. As long as the edges are firmly pressed down, this will keep the elements from causing them to fall off, however, you need to keep in mind that the elements will still have an effect on the decals. The hot sun can fade the decals after time and cold temperatures can cause them to become brittle. If they become brittle, more than likely, you will not be able to remove them in one piece which would mean you wouldn't be able to reuse them.
