Answer:	"No Roaming" means that unlike your normal phone plan, if you happen to go outside T-mobile coverage (which is hard in most USA cities) it will NOT switch to other carriers networks (aka roam) and will drop the connection until a T-Mobile tower is available.

Answer:	So they can continue to charge you every month with no way to stop it. DON'T give them your credit card! We did that and they continued to charge us $5 every month. When I called to cancel they never answered their phone and we were forced to cancel our card.
